Such a cute, feel-good Christmas novel. It deserves to be a Hallmark movie because it's such a cozy hug in the form of words. Christina was more than likable and Wink was adorable! I especially loved the Nantucket setting. It's such a beautiful and warm little island- Thayer captured it perfectly! There were some cliches and it was a little cookie cutter, but it was a perfect short holiday story for romance lovers.

A Nantucket shopkeeper discovers that Christmas is the perfect occasion to make unexpected friendships . . . to warm the coldest of hearts--and maybe even find love.

I really liked this novella although it's not my favorite book of hers. The "Inner Christina" got on my nerves a bit. Overall I enjoyed it!

Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for this copy of the book in exchange for my honest reivew

This book was everything I love in a Nancy Thayer read. A lovely beach read (even in the winter) with some perfect angst and perfect characters.

I’ve been a fan of Nancy Thayer for a long time. She is a master with beach destination reads and weaves this magic into winter in Let It Snow! You too might say pass on Colorado and yes to Nantucket when you read how this favorite place is just as charming in December. Dickens fan? Then you will also love how the story reflects the heart of my personal favorite, A Christmas Carol.
Oh and the mass paperback edition makes for a perfect stocking stuffer! Merry Reading!

Cute holiday story that takes place on Nantucket. Christina and her friends have shops on what sounds like a pier on the harbor. They're drafty and cold this time of the year, but the grouchy landlord ups their rent anyway.. Meanwhile, she catches a young girl, Wink, trying to steal some stickers from her toy shop, andsays she won't tell a nyone if the young girl 'helps' her in the store. Turns out, Wink is the granddaughter of the landlord and has a gorgeous uncle, Andy, who immediately is attracted to Christina, and vice versa. Lots of other excitement, including a carol-singing appeal to Oscar [the grouchy landlord -- I know!] and a great ending all around. A good read, any time of the year.

This was a magical Christmas story set in the enchanting town of Nantucket. It was heartwarming and once I started it, I didn't want to put it down. Another wonderful novel by Nancy Thayer and I'll be recommending it to fellow readers.

This was a heartwarming Christmas story that reminded me of a Hallmark movie. Nancy Thayer is a favorite author of mine and is one of my go-tos for beach reads. It was fun to read one of her works that was centered around Nantucket during the holidays. This was a solid read that I would recommend to anyone looking for a lighter read.

3.5 stars, rounded up. Thanks to NetGalley, the author and the publisher for the opportunity to read and review this book.

I enjoyed this light easy read about Christmas and the turmoils of running a business. Christina is all alone living on Nantucket. She makes friends with a special little girl named Wink 😉 she is trying her best to keep the shop open and still making a profit. Wink’s grandfather owns the building and is making it hard on her to pay her rent for Oscar is a modern day grinch. Wink’s uncle is on the island and becomes smitten with Christina. Christina also has good shop keeping friends who make the story interesting and saves the day.

Christina Antonioni is preparing for the holidays at her Nantucket toy shop, unpacking last-minute shipments and decorating for her loyal Christmas shoppers. But when her Scrooge of a landlord, Oscar Bittlesman, raises her rent, it seems nearly impossible for Christina to continue business on the wharf.

Pretty standard romance, but it kept my attention. I always like the setting of an island and at Christmas.

This was a cute, Christmassy story with a Hallmark movie feel to it, but it wasn’t my favorite. I loved the Christmas on Nantucket setting, and it gave me all kinds of holiday warm fuzzies, but it wasn’t particularly well-written or very memorable.

This was not my favorite, as I've read every book this author has written... that being said. I still read it, so that's something. It made me smile and was heartwarming, but super predictable. There wasn't much suprise or intrigue.

Christmas in Nantucket! Christina runs a toy shop in a row of shops called The Shed which is owned by a miserly old man. When she falls for his son just as her rent is raised, conflict ensues. Spoiler: All is resolved by Christmas.

Nantucket at Christmas time and Nancy Thayer has another magical novel. I am a long time fan of Nancy Thayer and I was thrilled to read this novel. The characters of Christina, Andy and Wink were well developed and likable, the setting was lovely as always, and the story was captivating. I couldn’t put this book down.

A beautifully written heartwarming story that is perfect for the holiday season. Love and the magic of the season is in full swing on Nantucket where Christina is working hard in her toy shop when she befriends a little girl and her family, including a very handsome and single Uncle. I highly recommend!

This was a great novel to read during the winter season. It follows a child as she navigates life after her parent's divorce. It seems like the quintessential holiday story, but unfortunately it was a bit hard for me to get into. I also enjoy the shopkeeper in Nantucket elements in a holiday novel, but I found I wasn't getting wrapped up in the story and it took longer than usual for me to finish.
