I enjoyed this book a lot. A great balance of characters with their own stories which helps link the whole book together. The characters are believable and likeable and the story is just the right side of believable.

Thanks for allowing me to review this book

Love. How far would you go? How hard would you fight? How much would you sacrifice?

Strangers to each other, Beth and Izzy couldn’t be more different people. Until the unthinkable of what happened eight years ago, fuse their lives together in a life-altering instant.

A Million Dreams touched me profoundly on many different levels: as a woman, as a child-bearer, as a mother. I was emotionally invested in both these women and moved by their fears, weaknesses, strengths, convictions and the power of their love.

Wonderfully and sensitively written, A Million Dreams is incredibly authentic and emotionally charged - I felt like I was riding in deep, emotional rapids.

Dani Atkin is to be commended for creating this extraordinarily beautiful story.

Highly recommend A Million Dreams.

Thank you to NetGalley and Head of Zeus for the read of Dani Atkins’, A Million Dreams.

Wow. Just wow. Yet again, Dani Atkins has created another masterpiece. This book is both heartbreaking and heartwarming as it explores what we actually mean when we talk about "a .mother's love" and just how far that term can really go. It is enthralling, captivating and thought-provoking. I had many a sleepless night as I stayed up to read the book because I simply couldn't put it down - the true sign of an amazing book!

It's difficult to fully review this book without giving away too much as it's a story full of surprises, twists and so much more. Suffice to say that it is a Dani Atkins novel and as such is guaranteed to be brilliant. Every one of this lady's books has touched me and left lasting memories of the most beautiful of reads. This story about Izzy and Beth is both heartbreaking and soul searching. These two are total strangers until a monumental medical blunder comes out of the blue and connects them in the most extraordinary way. The results are life changing, thought provoking and the many 'revelations' had me gasping, crying, pondering what I would do in such a situation. I didn't just read this book. I lived it. Any mother would relate to these two characters who face the most difficult decision any parent should have to face. At the centre of all of this is a little boy, Noah, who is dearly loved by both women but his future relies on the choices they make. I wish I could say more but wouldn't want to spoil it for others.. I urge everyone to read this incredible book. I loved it and I know it will stay with me for a very very long time. My thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for a pre-release copy in exchange for my honest review.

What a beautiful story by Dani Atkins. This isn't the first book of hers I've read and it certainly won't be the last. I love her writing style and how she expertly knows how to tug at your heartstrings. A Million Dreams is told from two perspectives - Beth and Izzy. I don't want to give too much away, as this book is full of heart-wrenching surprises. But eight years ago something happened to both of these women that would change their lives. The book includes legal battles, blossoming romances, family issues and so much more. I highly recommend reading A Million Dreams.

Beth Brandon and Izzy Vaughan are two women who are brought together because of one life changing error and their story stayed with me long, long after I had had finished the book.

The author deals with the decisions these women had to make both knowledgeably and also with the utmost sensitivity, so much so that it made me question what I would have done in the same circumstances. An extremely thought provoking read.

Dani Atkins took me on such an emotive journey. My imagination was caught from the very first page and by the end of Chapter 1 my heart was already in tatters! By the last page I had gone through 2 boxes of tissues and was totally wrung out. But, I adored every single minute in the company of these strong and courageous women.

Beth Brandon always dreamed of owning a florist, but today the bouquets of peonies and bright spring flowers are failing to calm her nerves. Because today, Beth has a life-changing decision to share with her husband. Izzy Vaughan thought she and her husband would stay together forever, but sometime last year, their love began to fade. They both find such joy in their young son Noah – but is he enough to keep them together? Eight years ago, something happened to these two women. Something that is about to bring them together in a way no-one thought possible.

I really do not know if words can do this book justice and I am also not sure if I can get through writing this without crying, I definitely could not read it without being in floods of tears. Atkins has well and truly done it again and produced another emotional rollercoaster from start to finish. Everything about this is beautiful, stunning perfection and I cannot express just how much I loved it.

I have already mentioned the tears to which I now return. Atkins has written a plot that is completely heart-breaking, has the ability to be heart-stopping and made me feel so loved and feel so much enjoyment. This plot is horrendous in a way that is addictive, I felt so much for the characters and the terrible situation they found themselves in but there was no-way I was ever going to put this down, I just wanted to keep reading it.
There is a point in the plot where I think Atkins took the easy way out but then she throws more horrendous situations at the characters and turns the plot on its side so I forgive her for this. I really cannot express how magical, sublime and perfect this read is.

Atkins has a way of ensuring the reader falls in love with the characters even when they are at their lowest points and I did love these characters so much. Beth and Izzy are two fabulous women who are going through an awful time, I felt for them, I laughed with them and I most definitely cried with them. These characters and this plot will stay with me forever.

'A Million Dreams' is the most incredible read, full of feeling and magical moments but packed with heartache and pain as well. This book details a truly horrendous experience but my experience reading this was anything but horrendous, this is a stunning, heartfelt read that I simply cannot recommend enough.

Thank you to NetGalley and Head of Zeus for an advance copy.

Wow! Amazing read, bring tissues! Izzy wants to try one last ditch IVF treatment using the embryo her and husband Tim harvested before he got ill. Beth has an 8 year old son. Their lives are about to collide in the most monumental and emotional way. The most fantastic heartfelt read

Beth and Izzy don't know each other but their lives are about to collide in a most unusual way. Beth wants to use the last frozen embryo with her late husband. She then discovers there's been a huge mistake.

Beth and Tim had only been married for 2 years but Tim is now now facing a life threatening disease. The oncologist has suggested he consider freezing his sperm or even if they would consider freezing am embryo. Now eight years later when Beth decides to have the last embryo implanted, it has been discovered that things have gone drastically wrong.

Dani Atkins does human emotion so well. I could see both Izzy and Beth’s side of the story and being a parent myself, I could sympathise with the storyline.
If your familiar with with author you’ll know exactly what your in for, heartfelt emotion with a little fork the road. I have read all of her books and find that she has topics which give food for thought without being heavy and great for pure escapism.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for a copy to read.

Beth and Izzy meet in the most unusual circumstances; Izzy has something that belongs to Beth and Beth wants it back. As their worlds collide, who will be the victor? When they come to an impasse, can the women work together to find a solution which will benefit them both?

A beautifully written emotional read which I would recommend.

Wow! I really don’t know where to start with this book. It is my new favourite book! Dani Atkins is an amazing author and this book is fantastically written. You are hooked from the first page. There are some clues at the beginning about how the two women might become linked which all become apparent as you keep reading. I am really pleased that both ladies found happiness in the end. I think this book also challenges the male stereotype which is probably the best thing about this book! The men in it are not serial cheaters or cast to be bad people. It is refreshing to read that there are really men like that represent the normal husband out there. I can not recommend this book highly enough and have already told all my friends they need to buy it!
