Another lovely meeting of the Knit and Knibble group. Pamela and her neighbor a busy getting ready for Christmas when Pamela's daughter Penny find a dead body. The body is their art store friend and recipient of a beautiful scarf knit by Bettina. As the busy holiday season unfolds they chase after the missing scarf and talk to family and colleagues of the dead woman. It's a very cozy story with great characters, yummy food, and knitting.

It was supposed to be a fun time with daughter home for the Christmas holidays and good friends to share with. But then daughter is out sketching in the woods but finds the body of a wealthy craft shop owner and everything becomes complicated. Add in the woman's boy toy, an alleged sister, intrusive reporters, the support of the knitting group, and the sleuthing begins. Great afternoon read!

Silent Knit, Deadly Knit is a fun, fast paced holiday cozy mystery, filled with holiday cheer, murder, and deceit.
Pamela and her daughter Penny are preparing for Christmas. While Penny is home from college, she decides to do a bit of sketching, but unfortunately, she makes a grim discovery.
Park, Penny, and Bettina are sure the answers lie with the victims spouse, so of course their eyes and ears are open, hoping to catch the culprit.
While all this is going on, Penny seems to have found a possible new love interest, while Bettina seems determined to find a beau for Pamela.
I like the easy flow of this book. The characters all work well with each other and there are plenty of moments that will make you chuckle.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for approving me to read this ARC.

This is a delightful addition to a wonderful series, filled with good friends, a plot with plenty of twists and turns and a charming knitting club, bringing together people of disparate ages and temperaments but who are pleased to come together in furtherance of their favorite hobby. Pamela Paterson's daughter, Penny, is home for college during Christmas break when she decides to go to the local woods to do some sketching. While she is there she comes across the dead body of Millicent Farthingale, who has been shot. Millicent was a friend of Pamela's best friend Bettina, and the three women get involved in trying to solve the crime. Was it the smarmy young husband who has been cheating on Millicent, the woman who claims to be Millicent's long lost sister, one of the craftspeople whose work Millicent refused to carry in her shop, and who is the young man wearing the hand knitted scarf Bettina had just given to Millicent? This story will keep you interested from the first page to the very last!
