"Holiday Homecoming Secrets" is a romantic suspense novel. Detective Jade and ex-soldier Bryce end up working together when a mutual friend is murdered. When Bryce was injured by an IED, he cut off all contact with Jade and many of his friends. He doesn't know that Jade had a child from the night when they went too far because she was upset about a death in the family. Jade doesn't know how to tell him about his child since he's repeatedly stated that he doesn't want to be a father because he doesn't think he'd be a good one. They work together to figure out who the murderer is, and it may be the corrupt cop that their journalist friend was trying to track down.

The characters reacted realistically to events. Bryce and Jade were kind, honorable people. Bryce was able to respect that Jade was the detective and running into danger was her job, but he also worked to protect her when that didn't interfere with her job. Since the killer repeatedly attacked Jade, she did need some help to survive long enough to solve the case. There was no sex or bad language. Overall, I'd recommend this suspenseful novel.

Once again, Lynette Eason delivered another great novel. "Holiday Homecoming Secrets" was an easy, holiday read. This book had suspense with a little romance thrown in. There were a few twists and turns along the way. It had a bit of a twist at the end. I really didn't guess who the culprit was!

I definitely recommend this book to anyone who enjoys good, clean, romantic suspense fiction. In fact, I recommend all of Lynette Eason's books. I don't think I've ever read a book by her that I haven't loved!

A holiday murder mystery with a little romance on the side. With a corrupt police department, drug ring and a dead body police detective, Jade has a lot going on. Secrets will come out after several attempts on Jade's life. The story is somewhat predictable but enjoyable. Not a typical holiday novel.

Lynette Eason knows suspense. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this and read it in one day! She creates believable characters and great plots. She left me guessing till the very, very end. The culprit was a total surprise. And shock! She is an auto buy author for me. I highly recommend her books.

This was my first book by this author, It was pretty enjoyable. I would give this book a 5 star rating! It was a pretty Quick and easy read!

This author is one of my favorites and she did not disappoint with her latest book, holiday Homecoming Secrets. This book has and entertaining plot that pulled me in immediately. I couldn’t put this book down. Suspense fans will not be disappointed. Thanks to the publisher for my advance ebook. This is my unbiased review.

This book is a Harlequin love inspired mystery, so for me, it was a fast read and I found myself wanting it to be a longer book.. I really enjoyed the characters and the story line. I am a sucker for the secret baby plot. I have read almost every thing Lynette Eason has written and I really enjoy her writing style
