I did find this difficult at the start, possibly due to not having read the first book in the series.

As the story progressed though I was drawn into plot with a well developed world and varied characters.

There were plenty of twists and turns in the story to keep me reading.

A thoroughly enjoyable Fantasy.

I liked the first book in this series, and this was good as well. It includes one character that lives thru a long war. Good character building and a mostly interesting plot.

I really appreciate the advanced copy for review.

I received a free digital copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I loved the first book in this series, the second was just as good.

The writing style was absolutely wonderful. I loved how the battle between the elves and humans take place over several generations.
It was very wonderful. I love anything to do with elves so this was a win for me. I found myself hoping the elves would win!

Thank you to the author, the publisher, and NetGalley for allowing me to review this title.

Interesting tale about long war between elves and humans. The battle takes place over many generations of humans, although one human manages to live through it all. I enjoyed the book.
