This is your basic chicken cookbook. The first part focuses on tools, how-to tips for cutting up whole chicken, etc. It takes awhile before you get to what I come for, the recipes. Most were pretty basic ones that I have seen in other cookbooks but I appreciate the new take on some of the recipes. It is nice to have the basics in one spot but not likely a book that I will use over and over again.

I think Chicken in one of my favorite dishes to make for my family. Lots of great recipes here that are worth taking a look at and adding to your cooking rotation.

Love the recipes in this book! It's my go to anytime I'm looking for a chicken recipe other than the same old ones. Has many interesting recipes so you never get bored with chicken for dinner.

Did not care for this cookbook. No too many appealing recipes. Alot of information before recipes are listed. Expected more.

What an awesome cookbook! It’s full of useful information such as how to cut up a whole chicken yourself (which is so much cheaper then buying a cut up chicken) and everyday recipes for busy people with families. The recipes range from a chicken sandwich to Indian butter checked to chicken salad. I personally cannot wait to make some of these recipes.

This cookbook was AMAZING! I learned so many new dishes that I've never prepared before. I really liked how detailed the recipes were and some of these are a family favorite and in heavy rotation at our house! I'd love to see more by Stacie in the future.

Very tasty chicken dishes with a new spin on some old recipes. I'm a home cook and I found these fairly easy to follow with no crazy ingredients needed. My family has even picked out some that they want me to try!

This is a good easy to follow chicken cookbook. I especially like it for those time when I am tired of my normal recipes and want to try something different. There are no really out there ingredients that you will never use again, I almost always had them in my pantry already.

This book was actually a surprise to me. It contained chicken recipes I had not heard of. I especially liked the Greek ones. It’s great to learn different dishes from around the world. Some of the best dishes are ones from grandmas kitchen.The step by step instructions are easy to follow and a picture is included with each recipe.
Go ahead and try some of the recipes!

4☆ A Delicious and Informative Chicken Lovers Cookbook

If you love Chicken or want to experiment more with different types of chicken recipes then this book is definitely for you!

It Tells you about the different cuts of meat on a chicken and the best meat for the recipe you need ie, thigh, breast, whole
All About food safety and handling of chicken which is so important.
Also.... Do Not Wash Chicken!!
The amount of recipes I've see telling you to wash chicken it's so so dangerous!

There is also a nice breakdown of kitchen utensils to use, with lovely pictures added.

I did like that they included a step by step guide with pictures on how to cut up a whole chicken. Which is particularly useful so you can get the most value from the chicken effectively.

Part 3 is the juicy bit, all kinds of recipes.
It's worth noting that all recipes are in tablespoons and cup sizes. Which is ok if you have them and a bit of a faff if you need to convert.
* But I must add that they have included a Metric Conversion at the back of the book which does need a lil working out *

Each recipe has a list of ingredients, a step by step method and cooks notes then a photo of the finished product, which I like as at least you can see what you're aiming for.

The ingredients are pretty easy to get hold of and alot are store cupboard ingredients like spices and herbs, oil, butter, garlic etc..

All the photos are a lil mouthwatering so be prepared to be a bit hungry after reading it.
