I enjoyed this book so much. Amanda Cabot is a wonderful writer and I really enjoy reading her books. This is the story about Evelyn and Wyatt. Evelyn is trying to escape the "Watcher" and ends up in Mesquite Springs where Wyatt gives Evelyn and a child whom is believed to be Evelyn's sister a place to stay. Wyatt is determined to leave Mesquite Springs because he is not happy being a horse rancher and isn't looking to fall in love. Is Evelyn everything he has been looking for? Read this story and I promise you won't be disappointed.

This book was unexpectedly wonderful. There was a web created, but is it the web you think is being created? Filled with so many facets and layers it is hard to figure out what will happen while reading it. The novel itself has great pacing, not too fast, not too slow. There is a lot of character development, danger, intrigue, hope, etc.
