I have spent WAAAAY to many hours glued to the TV during the recent impeachment hearings, and one of my favorite commentators on this whole terrifying topic is Neal Katyal, a respected law professor with experience as Acting Solicitor of the United States, in addition to extensive experience at the Supreme Court. His insights are clear, concise, and objective, so I was happy to have the opportunity to read his book Impeach: The Case Against Donald Trump (from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Mariner Books and NetGalley, in exchange for my honest review).

In my opinion, most people seem confused by the current situation, and can benefit from the clear explanation provided by this book as to the facts about impeachment and the reality as to what happens, what Congress can do, what they should do, and why it all matters.

Too much on this topic and I feel like my head is about to explode, but I was able to read this without screaming or yelling once. Good times.Four stars.

An extremely timely book that feels like it was written right now, syncing with what we are seeing at the impeachment hearings. Also provides a solid historical background on impeachment.
