A heartwarming second chance romance during Christmas could possibly be the best gift of all. Another delightful story in the series.

The first thing that attracts me to a book is the cover of it. This book... Well, the cover didn't do it for me. However, I decided to give it a chance anyway because I really wanted to read a good romance. Unfortunately, this one didn't make the cut. It had a decent storyline, I just personally couldn't get into it.

What a fun read. I loved Christopher and Mara. Their crazy attraction, past hurts and present competitiveness make for a truly enjoyable story.
Thank you Leslie North, Relay Publishing and NetGalley for allowing me this advance copy for my honest feedback.

This was a cute story. Not quite enemies but do have a past. Time healed their wounds in a wonderful bake off for their future.

I always read Leslie North's books when I am looking for something light with a happy ending. The men are gorgeous and the girls are feisty. If you like the romance genre, then I highly recommend this author. She never disappoints.

Do you enjoy a good Christmas story with a little bit of baking and a whole lot of romance! This book is for you! Such a great story. I did not read the first 2 books in the series but this was simple to pick up and read and not feel lost! I am glad I chose this as one of my holiday reads!

The Billionaires' Second Chance Christmas by Leslie North is a feel good, fun, but predictable Christmas novel that will definitely put you in the Christmas spirit. Celebrity chef Christopher Denton returns to his hometown to generate some buzz about his career and hopefully his new cooking show, hoping to win his hometown gingerbread contest. When he arrives he learns his competition is none other than his old flame, Mara Lancaster, who needs to win the contest to expand her busy bakery. But the flames are still there and the fire is fanned throughout the competition until the man who broke them up in the first place shows up in town.

Thank you to the author, Relay Publishing and NetGalley for providing me with an ARC of this novel in exchange form my honest review.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Relay Publishing for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is the third in a series, but reads well as a stand alone. The characters are likeable if a little immature. Cute, short, predictable story. 3 stars.

Billionaire celebrity chef Christopher Denton has returned to his hometown in hopes of winning a local baking contest and gain some publicity for his upcoming new show. But his former high school sweetheart Mara Lancaster is his competition. Even though Mara broke his heart back then Chris tries to play it cool so she won't see the affect she has on him. As the competition heats up, so do things between them.

Mara's entire future hangs on her winning this competition if she wants to open her own bakery. She has no intention of letting anything stand in her way. The sizzle between her and Chris will complicate things as well her ex showing up.

I thought that this story was pretty good and well developed but it was a little flimsy in places and that has dropped my rating down from 5 stars.

I thought that the characters were great and they worked well together too. Their interaction was lovely too and I thought that the pace for the book was ideal.

It is 4 stars from me for this one, I enjoyed the story and it was great being able to catch up with the characters - highly recommended and looking forward to the next release from this author!

The third and final book in Christmas with the Denton Billionaires, and what a great story it is. The Billionaire’s Second Chance Christmas bring us two amazing characters in Chris and Mara. I enjoyed the story, the characters and the series and would recommend you grab it for yourself.

Holiday baking with a touch of spice:
This was a very short, simple read and whilst the premise of the story was good, it unfortunately didn't grab me. I didn't really warm up to either of the characters and found their behaviour immature. The book lacked any form of wooing or romance but was rather just insta lust and then bickering and fighting. Chris was arrogant and rude and there was a lot of animosity and snark between these two. Personally I would have preferred more of a feel good or sizzling romance for a holiday story.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions expressed are solely my own.

A sweet second chance romance perfect for the holidays. Chris and Mara are more than exes, they're also competitors. This was a quick read with romance, humor, angst, and the right amount of heat. Another great read by one of my favorite romance authors.

This was a great little romance by a fabulous author. I love second chance romances and this one was sweet and full of heat. I loved this story so much I read it in one sitting. I received an Advanced Reader's Copy from Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.

A fun holiday second chance romance. Celebrity chef Chris and his old high school sweetheart Mara are competing on a tv show, and the sparks are flying. Although short, and therefore quick bypass to sex is common, I still enjoyed this one, and found it an easy afternoon read. Would recommend if you like second chances and HEAs.

All thoughts and opinions are mine

I love Leslie North's books and this is one of a series. I have been lucky enough to have read the other 2 and enjoyed this just as much

Second change couple, misunderstanding and miscommunications with a very satisfying HEA
