Wow! Just wow. This is my first five star read of the year.
Thank you Netgalley and the Author for the copy of this book for a review.
This book did not disappoint. Savage is book one in the Savage trilogy series.
Savage and Candace met one stormy night outside a coffee shop and the attraction to each other was instant and they quickly fall in love. Then he left her and her world fell apart.
Ten years on And they have the chance to be together again, they have a lot to work out. With a few obstacles in there way like Candace’s fiancé and the fact that Savage was sent there to kill him.
This book will keep you on your toes and it really is a fantastic start to the series.
It does end on a cliffhanger but lucky for me I’m late to read the first book so only have to wait three weeks for book two, I can’t wait.

Steamy, fast-paced second chance romance. Rick goes home to San Antonio to protect the woman he never stopped loving and who is engaged to another. He does his best to get her to hate him but will they be able to deny their feelings? Intense chemistry and lots of action. A good read.

Such a fun start to this trilogy! It took me a minute to get invested in Candace and Rick’s relationship, but now I’m hooked. I love the chemistry between them and how their history is being revealed in bits and pieces. Rick is so alpha and growly, and Candace is the perfect blend of sweet and spitfire to balance him out. Looking forward to the continuation.

Thank you Netgalley and author for the book. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I absolutely love this! The chemistry between Savage and Chastity are off the chart. I also absolutely love the camaraderie between the Walker team. The plot is very, very interesting and gripping. I was hooked from the start and pretty much finish the entire novel in one sitting. *pat self on the back*

This was waaaaaay too cringy for me and it's hard to fathom why so many readers enjoyed this. Everything was too instant and the relationship between Savage and Candace was a joke. Maybe it was just me but I didn't see any purpose continuing and it became more apparent as I read on that this just wasn't my cup of tea.

I am still having the effects of finishing Savage Hunger. This is a powerful insight to the man that quite honestly surprised me on many occasions.

Rick Savage is a ex- mercenary now working for Walker Security, when his past all but comes back and slaps him upside his head. There are things and people Savage left in his past for a reason and that reason brought him home to face his past, present and future. After getting to know Savage a bit in the Naked Trilogy he has my attention, now I get his story and I cant wait.

Candace is a heroine that has a ton of strength and passion, she had loved and lost and now her past is about to explode back into her life. Can she find the answers to the questions she has had for over eight years? Candace is a total shock for me I must say, but in a good way. I feel her inner battle about Rick and their past. I am interested in how she deals with what to come.

First of Thank you to Lisa Renee Jones for Savage and Candace they are phenomenal on their own but together they are down right explosive. Rick is back and just that fact has Candace trying to keep her walls up around her heart. Savage feels the connection that he and Candace share, but when the truth about why he came home is out will there be a chance for them? I was in awe with these characters, both are strong and commanding. They kept me wanting to know the answers to their past.

Supporting characters are intense. Walker Security guys are a bit of fun in that they give Savage a hard time, which in turn makes Savage a more approachable hero. The plot too Savage Hunger has an interesting twist that has me on the edge waiting for the next installment. Will Savage and Candace get the answers they seek? What part will their past play in their future? Time will tell.
