More Bingmei! Hurrah!
I was so lucky to be able to request both of these (the first and this) books on Netgalley.
Because as soon as I finished The Killing Fog, I immediately started reading this - and I was happily again lost for a good five hours in Bingmei's world as she battles Echion and her own Destiny (with a capital D!)
Seriously, I feel these books have very few, if any flaws. They're engaging, exciting, and full of Chinese inspired fantasy (and that extends to the names and places, which is excellent - the immersion is 100pc).
I'm going to be following the release of the third with eagle eyes - and am preordering as soon as I can!
Recommended to any fantasy lover.

Once again Jeff Wheeler amazes! This is the second book to The Killing Fog and just as great. I can't wait until the third is available. Many thanks to Netgalley for the advance copy.
