I really enjoyed this book! It was funny but had a great storyline! Fast paced and hard to put down. Good plot and a feel good book. Recommended to many of my female mom friends!

This book was actually written based on the movie instead of the other way around. Due to this, the book follows the movie very closely, so if you like the movie, you will enjoy this book!

Kiki, Carmen, and Amy are moms whose children go to an elite elementary school that is ran by the tyrannical PTA president, Gwendolyn James. Gwendolyn takes her mothering skills to the next level and makes a brand of them. Heaven help whoever dares to cross Gwendolyn! But that is just what Kiki, Carmen, and Amy end up doing as they find themselves at the end of their ropes from the demands of motherhood and crappy or absent spouses.

The guilty 'bad mom" admissions are scattered throughout the book are relatable to every mom everywhere. This is not a serious book, but a great book to read when you need a pick-me-up type of book.

Bad Moms is the perfect antidote to the stressful situation we are living in today. A successful single mom found out, literally at the altar, that her fiance was the world's biggest sleazeball. Fortunately, she had recently inherited an old house in a beautiful suburban town with excellent schools, but near enough to the city to continue her practice.

It doesn't take long to discover that life in the suburbs isn't all it's cracked up to be. The artificial blogger mom in charge of the PTA dislikes them on sight. Fortunately, they make a few close friends anf mayhem ensues.

I would recommend this title to anyone looking for a distraction.

In the interest of full disclosure, I received a free digital copy of this title to review from Net Galley.

I had no idea as I began to read the first few pages of this book what a treat I was in for. This is one of the funniest books I've read in a long long time. Love the variety of characters, the razor sharp wit, the sisterhood, the colorful language , the vivid descriptions of the lives of the various characters . I had to look up several things along the way… For instance, I did not know that Pedialyte was a cure for a hangover . Maybe I'm just sheltered ;-).

This book is unlikely to win a Pulitzer, but if you would like to read a bit of witty, sarcastic escapism that will make you laugh out loud and leave you feeling happy , you must read this book . Kudos to the author ! Can't wait to read your next book .
