Jobs Bacarr

The Runaway Girl was such an easy read. You are drawn into the story at the very beginning. The author has a way of creating a vivid, historically authentic world of the Titanic through this wonderful story. You will start to love the favorable characters and the great storyline.

"The Runaway Girl: A Titanic Love Story is a worthy book to curl up with during this cold winter days and read a story of love, friendship and adventure.

I give this book a 5 out of 5 stars

A fantastic Titanic take woven in with a great portrayal of love, friendship, and even forgiveness. I would have rather seen this as a movie than the Jack and Rose story!!!

Ohhh i love this book , anything based on the Titantic captures my interest and i liked how there was a story within a story just when you though one plot was over another started.

As a reader I have always loved the idea of two people meeting and falling in love whilst traveling upon the Titanic, and while Titanic was a real life tragedy, I feel that even though this story is a fictional one, it helps to pay homage to those that lost their lives on that fateful night as they will never be forgotten.

The Runaway Girl was such a wonderful story, it gave a snapshot of the time period showing the divide between the classes, and of it's characters as they travelled upon the luxury liner. Ava and Buck's whirlwind romance and first meeting was told with the daily happenings aboard ship as it sailed on to meet its watery grave and how the survivors carried on in the aftermath of such a tragedy.
Their romance was so heartwarming and certainly captured my imagination. While the plot takes many a twist and turn the writing was very good and so detailed that it felt like it was all so believable, and could really have happened. This was my first book to have read by this author but she managed to take me on an epic journey with her characters which I totally fell in love with. I loved, loved this book so much!!!

The Runaway Girl is a mesmerizing romance that any reader (like me) that loves all things Titanic will adore.
