Connor is married to the wealthy Nina, but then he suddenly appears back into the life of a past flame, Tabitha, and they reconnect. And then, as fate would have it, Nina commits suicide, allowing Connor to be with Tabitha and make her his new wife. But did Nina really commit suicide?
Tabitha is taken on a roller coaster ride through the whole book, and it’s a totally thrilling one! She is rushed into moving into the huge house and life of the deceased Nina, with no way to know who to trust.
It was superbly interesting reading from both of the wives of the mysteriously wealthy Connor Ford’s POV’s and I loved, loved, loved this book! It totally gripped me from the first few pages and kept me reading.
The author quotes a proverb at the end of the being acknowledgements and it is just perfect • “When you run with the wolves, don’t trip.”
Thank you to NetGalley, St. Martin’s and Michele Campbell for this super fun ARC!

Thank you #Netgalley for the advanced copy of the book!
Wow! This one kept you on your toes throughout the whole book! This was a very fast paced read following the lives of Connor, Tabitha and Nina. Though I may not have agreed with Tabitha's actions, I enjoyed the plot twists and characters.

Do you ever really know someone? I loved the beginning of this thriller when Connor and Tabitha were young and in love from opposite social strata at their small New England country club. While I enjoyed the twists and turns this took, it got slightly muddled at the end. Nonetheless it was a page turned and I could not put it down.

Don’t ALL women know too much :). This was a fantastic story that spanned a couples history (even if they weren’t really a couple growing up), and shows that sometimes time makes memories happier and more joyful than the real day to day time spent together. A really great and quick read - highly recommend!

Nina Levitt finds herself in a quandary. Since her husband had passed away, she was now in charge of the Levitts Global. She was getting ready for her usual yearly Fourth of July Party. It seemed to be going very well, when she noticed a very handsome charismatic young man speaking with Lauren, the head of her PR Department. Lauren introduced her to Conner. Conner escorted Nina to the bar. They received their drinks and walked on the beach. Nina was worried what her guests would think about the age difference between her and Conner. Eventually they married. Nina was smart enough to do a prenup before they were married. Is Conner a gold digger? Everyone thinks he is. There seems to be more to Conner than what Nina knows. Conner finds his girlfriend, Tabitha, from many years ago in New Hampshire. They begin to see each other again. Will Nina find out that he’s cheating on her already? Will she divorce him because of the prenup? Will Conner tell Nina about his live for Tabitha, or will he continue to use Nina for all her wealth, the yacht, the jet, the helicopter, and the grand life of wealth? Nina trust her staff? She’s not sure if she can. How does Tabitha fit into his life? What’s Tabitha’s secret? Will she be able to tell Conner her secret? Will her secret destroy the love they’ve found all over again? Will Nina find out about Conner and Tabitha’s relationship? How will this affect Nina’s and Conner’s marriage. How will this affect Conner’s Executive position at Levitt Global? The plot really evolved quickly in this book. Every time I thought I had it figured out, the author would change course. What a roller coaster ride this book was. There is even a hint of suicide or could it be murder? The author’s writing style was great. The plot was easy to follow, and the description of the locations, made it very real for the reader. This book was definitely a psychological thriller for sure. There were so many twists and turns to keep the readers total attention. I loved the way she weaved the character development throughout the story. The ending was definitely not what I expected; it was even better than I had imagined. I don’t want to spoil this book for anyone, you will not be disappointed if you read this book. I will be looking forward to the next book, that’s for sure.

Wow, Michelle Campbell knocks another one out of the park with her newest thriller!
Nina, both famous and wealthy, is found dead as a result of an accidental drowning. But was it an accident? Nina leaves a letter stating that her husband, Connor, was having an affair and wanted to kill her. After dealing with her first unfaithful husband, is Nina being paranoid about Connor? If Nina learns Connor was unfaithful, he won’t get any money. However, he will $10 million, if they divorce for other reasons. Lies, betrayals and secrets… who is telling the truth? How well do you really know someone?
I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a good thriller.

This was a good thriller/mystery. The story unfolded nicely and held my interest throughout. I became a little irritated with the naïveté of the main character at times. Connor’s character was also stereotypical in a lot of ways and there were small parts of his story that still didn’t make sense by the end of the book. Overall, I enjoyed the book and it was a quick read.

I’ve read and loved all of Michele Campbell books and this latest thriller does not disappoint! Rich, flawed characters drive this twisted tale of greed, passion, deceit and murder.

I really enjoyed last summer’s A Stranger on the Beach by Michele Campbell, so when I saw that The Wife Who Knew Too Much was coming out this year, I instantly wanted to read it. And thanks to NetGalley I was able to get an early copy.
At first I was a bit concerned. Tabitha was driving me crazy with her relationship with Connor. I could handle the young love, but the affair when they were older was getting on my nerves. I wanted a strong woman who didn’t turn into a needy one. I wasn’t thinking of not finishing because I really wanted to see where this would lead, but I was very happy when at about the 20% point it started to pick up. And although it took Tabitha a bit longer still to start fighting for her life, when she did, I was really rooting for her!
Campbell wrote another great novel with lots of twists and a couple of surprises. I did not guess the ending early, which I always love. I really enjoyed how everything tied up and am looking forward to her next book. If you’re looking for a great beach read, you’ll definitely want to pick up The Wife Who Knew too Much!

Thank you net galley for an arc of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.
This definitely got me hooked on page one and kept me hooked through the end.
We have Connor and Tabitha who have a quick summer fling that leaves them dealing when it's over. Connor goes on to marry his wife Nina and start living out their married life. FF to present day and Tabitha is still stuck in the same job and the same place she was many years ago. To her surprise Connor runs into her at her workplace and the embers are still burning. Connor explains that his current marriage isn't one of love but for money. Connor swears Tabitha was and always has been his truck love.
Tabitha thinks life is changing after Nina kills herself, her and Connor can now live the life they were destined to have. Everything is going great until Tabitha finds a diary of Nina's saying if anything happens to her Connor and "she" did it.
From this point on the whole story is a web of lies and confusion as Tabitha must unravel who Connor really is and what was really going on behind closed doors.
I loved that this book was so twisty and dark. I lived the diary entries. I loved it all!

Connor and Tabitha had been involved one summer when they were teenagers. They went their separate ways and met years later . Connor is rich and Tabitha is not. When Connor’s wife, Nina takes her own life, Connor sees the chance to be with Tabitha who he loves. Tabitha finds Nina’s diary and becomes suspicious about her death.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This book reads like a bad soap opera. If something can go wrong, it will. There is also some language which is not appealing to me. But the book itself is well written and kept my attention. Without giving too much away, Tabitha enters the cafe she waitresses for one evening and her life is turned upside down.
The author did a very good job of adding yet another layer of trouble and mystery just as the current situation is settling down. Even though the experiences seem unbelievable, it all makes sense of how the series of events that take over Tabitha's life could really happen to someone.

This book was so great and the thing I liked most is that there was never a lull. I was never bored or felt like it was taking too long to get the point across. It was such a well-thought out story and I can’t wait to buy the physical copy when it comes out.

The Wife Who Knew Too Much is an outstanding read. The characters are skillfully written and come alive in this complex story of murder and betrayal. The story begins with a diary entry from a rich and powerful woman who believes her much younger husband is planning to kill her. I was so engrossed with the story of young Tabitha and Connor, I never gave another thought to the diary entry.
I enjoyed every moment of this book. It' definitely deserves a five star rating. I received an Advanced Reader's Copy from Saint Martin's Press through NetGalley. The opinions expressed are entirely my own.

This book was a page turner. Looked forward to having time to read every day! Story was well developed. Mystery of the whodunit kept you guessing till the end. I would highly recommend. Thank you Netgalley for advanced copy of this book in exchange for honest review.

The Wife who knew too much
I’ve read other books by Michele Campbell and enjoyed the edginess of her storylines but you have to indulge your sexy-romance side with her books. This plot pivots on two women’s “absolute” love and devotion of the protagonist and if you’re a skeptic like me, it can be hard to swallow at certain moments. At times you want to yell at the page : are you blind? But of course they are, and this allows the crimes and the plot to move forward, while the details entertain our imagination. As the plot thickens and our young female protagonist digs herself in deeper, there is hope that it could go her way, but that’s not how domestic thrillers go, is it? She’s immediately set upon by all the enemies, and we clench our jaws and fists for her; at the same time her and Connor act like children caught in an adult game. In the end, it all comes down to “who dunnit”.... the husband? The personal assistant? Maybe the yoga teacher or the bodyguard...hold on, there’s plenty of twists and turns before you find out!

Warning: do not start this book with the intention of just reading a few pages and going to bed. You won’t be able to. This book is so engrossing and yet so easy to read that you get sucked in. You just keep turning page after page after page till you are the end and it is way way past the time you intended to sleep.
Now about the book. In the beginning it is clear that while people think Nina married for money that was not the case. However why she stayed in a marriage with a man like Edward is hard to understand. It seems that after that she was married to a man after her money. We don’t learn too many details about her reasoning but there is enough in there to make you wonder about her. The other main actors in this plot are Connor, Tabitha, Lauren, Hank, Juliet, Gloria and Steve. As you go on reading you start assessing each of them and wonder who is to blame for everything that is going on and how they are connected. You may have some good guesses but its not that easy to decode the plot. It is a very well crafted plot and while you may actually figure out the angle by the 60% mark or so, you will still want to keep reading to know if you got it right or not. That again is a testament to the writing style. It is so easy to follow and inviting that you just want to keep reading. Despite being able to guess things you will get some surprises because the plot is twisty. As you start to read more and the plot starts to open up you will realize that there was a lot of information provided in bits and pieces that would have allowed you to figure many things out from the start but again much credit to the author for writing in such a beautiful flow that you don’t want to interrupt the flow of reading to even figure out the plot. You just want to read.
I give it 4 stars, only because it was a plot where some twists could be figured out. Otherwise it would be a 5 star read. Don’t miss this one.

This is a book that sucks you in right away as you start reading Nina's diary and discover that she believes her husband is going to kill her. Her body is found shortly after she wrote that last diary entry... although it is determined to be a suicide.
We then jump to Tabitha's story about a month prior to Nina's death. Tabby is a waitress just trying to get by when her long lost love, Connor comes back in to her life. They pick up where their love left off over a decade ago, but unfortunately he's married to Nina Levitt and does not want to divorce her without losing millions. Tabitha becomes lost in her love for Connor. But does she also get caught up in the death of Nina? What really happened to her?
This book had so many twists, and was a fast-paced thriller. It was hard to determine who was good and who was bad and why, which kept me guessing about what really happened to Nina.

Thanks to NetGalley and St.Martin Press for providing me with ARC.
This novel is so good and full of thrill , i can't put it down.
I finished this novel in a record time because i want to know what will happen in the end.
The Author made a great job by formulating events and making the reader doubt the credibility of all the characters.
The characters are amazing, i am felling sad for Nina because she trusted everyone around her but they disappaointed her specially Juliet.
Tabitha ooh Taby, no one in this life can take lessons for free but i hope this time she can learn.
The last chapters are crazy as hell, i really enjoyed them.
The cover is amazing and full of excitement, i loved it because the cover is a big part from the novel, if it not good, don't excpect people to look at the novel or give it any attionation.
This the first novel to me by Michele Campbell but will not be the last, i heard alot about her pervious novel * A stranger on the Beach* but don't have the chance to read it.

I have read books by Michele Campbell before, but wow, this may be the best yet. I could not put it down. I was definitely shocked by the ending, too, which I really enjoy. I was cheering for Tabitha, who seemed like the underdog, and I never really liked Connor, but found myself cheering for him too.
Thank you to Net Galley for the ARC for my honest review.
