REVIEW ☆☆☆☆
Fully Loaded is better, in my opinion, than The Last Heist. Something about this book was more believable and relatable. Granted, I'm not a career criminal on the run because I stole something important and dangerous, but it's fun to read about anyway. The story is fast paced and entertaining, with a bit of romance and drama for good measure. I had my fingers crossed for the characters to succeed, both personally and criminally, because I like them. If you want a slightly steamy, somewhat dramatic and totally fun story, this one is definitely a good choice for you.

I really enjoyed book two as well as book one. I cant wait to continue with the third book now too. I like how Brock is supportive no matter how much trouble she gets herself into.

Dani was kidnapped in the first book of this series, and now she's trying to make sure everyone knows she's fine and still the best at what she's does...steal. She takes on a job overseas basically by herself only to find that the job she pulled was much bigger than she thought, like international catastrophe bigger. When she realizes just how dangerous her situation is, Brock, her ex, is the only person she trusts to help. Despite being the ex, he drops everything to help. Together they end up in a situation more deadly than they know.

I am a huge Brock fan. I was totally on his side of their disagreement. She had a good reason to be mad, but I wanted her to give in sooner after all Brock did for her in the last book and at the start of this one. As for reading this as a standalone, it could be done, but a lot would be missed by not knowing the history from book one. My recommendation is to go in order.

I received an ARC for honest review from Net Galley.

From age 12 Dani Metcalf was taught only one thing by her guardians, "Lie, cheat and steal" and has blossomed into a full-fledged procurer of difficult, precious and guarded items. Her latest job seemed pretty straightforward and simple, "steal some files from a computer of a scientist. Easy peasy for this seasoned pro! When armed men barge into her apartment guns blazing, I think she realized she may have bitten off more than she can chew.

She finds herself on the run from every bureau of police as she is quickly labelled as a murderer, thief and bioterrorist. With her back against the wall, she calls the only man she knows who will be there for her - Brock. Dani and Brock were childhood friends turned sweetheart lovers turned scornful ex's over a job gone wrong.

As they traipse through Europe trying to find the source of the contract they are quickly immersed in the dark underbelly of radical, fanatic groups and the fact that the fate of the world is in the palm of their hands.

This was a pretty good romance. Dani and Brock have a long history of going on heist together until one incident drives them apart. Then Dani finds herself in a situation she cannot get out of alone.
I liked that Brock is there for her no matter how much trouble she gets into and is sweet and supportive. Dani is a capable, strong woman who realizes her strengths are best displayed when working together with Brock despite their disagreements.
Overall, a well written and action packed page turner. definitely had my blood pressure high.

ARC received for review

Brock and Dani had history and not all of it good. But when she was in trouble who did she? I was never sure who the real bad guy was. Even in the end it was a little confusing. Brock was truly sorry for what happened in the past, and she finally realized that. The was a whole lot of running around in this book hotel, out looking, hotel, train, hotel..it made you dizzy. Now I want Rhett to get his own book

I loved the first book in this series so I was looking forward to this one and it certainly did not disappoint! Lots of twists and turns, mystery and steamy romance. I loved Dani and Brock's story--sexy and sweet with well developed characters. Dani is my favorite kind of female lead - strong, sexy and independent and Brock is her perfect counterpart. This was another excellent romantic suspense by Samantha Keith -- I would recommend reading both books to get the best enjoyment out of this series. I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC for NetGalley.

Dani takes a job stealing documents and winds up over her head in trouble. The only person she can ask for help is her ex, Brock. Dani and Brock are on the run from the bad guys and are trying to get answers about what was in the documents and who wants them dead.

Samantha Keith has penned an intense, captivating and high-octane story about career criminals and their second chance at finding happiness. Dani is a strong, competent woman and Brock is the man who adores everything about her. If you haven’t read book one, The Last Heist, you really should; as it introduces Dani and Brock’s characters and lays a relevant foundation for this second instalment to the series. A perfect combination of action, suspense and romance; Fully Loaded is a captivating read!

I really wanted to read this after finishing the 1st in the series. It was an enjoyable fast moving story that I did enjoy. Hopefully the 3rd one will be as good. The snippet at the end of this book sounded good.
Thank you to the publishers and NetGalley for allowing me to read a preview copy.

Because I’ve read the first book I just needed to read this one as well.
I’m always up for a second chance romance and add in a suspenseful story with many twists and turns moments, I’m all set up for a great time. And that’s what I’ve got from this book. A great second chance romance with characters that have to overcome their past and accept the present and their feelings towards each other while trying to escape unscarred and alive in a race through Europe.

Samantha Keith is a master of sweet, sexy romance. Fully Loaded follows Dani and Brock, characters introduced in the first book of the series, as the race across Europe to escape a heist gone wrong.

Once again, Keith delivers a high octane adventure with a second chance romance. Featuring a strong female lead and hero who loves her exactly as she is, this story is the perfect mix of action and attraction.

If I had just one criticism, it would be that there wasn't enough of Milo and Serena, who we fell in love with in the first book. However, in all other ways this book absolutely delivered!

Dani, a career thief, is just getting over being kidnapped when she heads to Switzerland to steal some files. Her apartment is broken in to and shots are fired. She barely escapes and the only person she can call is her ex, Brock. Brock doesn’t do the big heists anymore and is trying to go straight. He gets a call from Dani and hops on a plane to Geneva. He arrives as someone is strangling her and saves her. They go on the run and when they finally look at the files on the memory stick, they find out it is a biochemical weapon. They have bad guys, Switzerland police, and a strange woman following them while trying to figure out who they can trust.
Freaking awesome story with action, second chance love, and sex. Can Dani forgive Brock for betraying her so they can get on with their lives?

Brock and Dani are career criminals. I am trying not to hold that against them. They are on the run because of something that Dani stole. They don't know who they can trust. it definitely made this book fun to read, never knowing what the next page would bring.
