It wasn't until I finally read reviews of this book that I realized it's the third in a series. I found the writing disjointed & rushed. For example, there was no detail about Simon's drug abuse & subsequent rehabs. Maybe I would have felt differently if I'd read the first two books, but this was not a book I enjoyed.
