I follow Sarajane Case's Instagram (@enneagramandcoffee), so I was excited to read her book. I'm a huge fan of enneagram-themed stuff (those who aren't shouldn't even entertain reading this). However, I was a little disappointed with the content. Case dedicates each chapter to the 9 enneagram types, so once you read your own, there's little else to dig into. I also felt like some of the extra fun stuff (like bingo cards for each type) was taken from things I've already seen on Instagram. Overall, the chapter on my specific number was interesting and did provide me with some good takeaways for how to focus on my strengths and work through my weaknesses. I just wish the book had a lot more content that would allow me to have more insight into how I live as a 6 (particularly how I function in relationships or in my career). I guess folks who are interested in a full, in-depth look at their enneagram results should look elsewhere.
