I was going to 'not feedback' on this one, because, honestly, I understand and can apply a lot of what I *think* the author is talking about, but.... between the contrived concepts, and the fact that it's impenetrably stilted, this book has to be my worst read of the year. It may still be notable for that at the end of the year, who knows.
I'm not sure who read any of this as hopeful - honestly, though, the underlying principles could be sound, but I'm not sure why he didn't talk about....rehab, EMDR, or even brain injury retraining - maybe he did later, but I gave in. I've reviewed this book as a 2 despite not reading it all, because I've looked and tried four times to finish it.
