I was going to 'not feedback' on this one, because, honestly, I understand and can apply a lot of what I *think* the author is talking about, but.... between the contrived concepts, and the fact that it's impenetrably stilted, this book has to be my worst read of the year. It may still be notable for that at the end of the year, who knows.
I'm not sure who read any of this as hopeful - honestly, though, the underlying principles could be sound, but I'm not sure why he didn't talk about....rehab, EMDR, or even brain injury retraining - maybe he did later, but I gave in. I've reviewed this book as a 2 despite not reading it all, because I've looked and tried four times to finish it.

How do you rate a book that made you feel stupid and gave you a headache? that you could not finish and barely started? Beats me. I somehow feel that this book is a very good one but not meant for a non-tech-savvy grandmother who could barely wrap her mind around the illustrations. Must be intended for a younger, better educated reader.
