When Marygene finds two corpses in rapid succession ugly secrets from her mother's and her friends past start coming to light. The charred corpses belong to the twin sisters, close friends of her mother's from her 20s. Between trying to slove a 20 year old double murder, problems with Alex and a hot new Deputy breathing down her neck Marygene has her hands full.
Another great installment in the series, the author is quickly becoming my favorite. Fun, fast paced read with fully fleshed out characters.
