Elementary grade readers will love the antics in this book. They'll love the humor and the quirky characters. Plus, dinosaurs! The detailed illustrations offer readers the chance to join the action and fun as the Dinomighty foursome solves crimes and saves the day. Amusing ending as the stolen eggs actually hatch and the evil doers have to raise the baby dinosaurs. Parents everywhere will relate to the challenges shown in those few pages. Giant hint for the next book at the end of the story.

I thought Dinomight! was an awfully silly book. I think kids will find it hilarious, but it's not one that parents will also enjoy. The art is a nice, cartoon-y style, which is a good fit for the dinos and their brand of humor. I'll be purchasing this for my library, but I wouldn't say it's a necessary purchase for smaller collections.

I believe if my Kindle would have put this in the correct order it would have been a super cute and funny book, but because it was all jumbled up I lost the humor. I will say I wasn’t too impressed with the illustrations. I felt they were a bit distracting at times and I love graphic novels, so it wasn’t because of that type of layout. Overall, we will most likely still order the book and the kids will love it!
