I feel like I need to preface this review by saying that George is the goodest of sharks, and this volume is perfect because of it. However, there's so much more that's amazing here. This has quickly become one of my favourite series, not just one of the cutest but one of the most relatable. The character designs and art fit the setting really well, because of this arc, it made me actually read the first two, and I'm so, so glad it did because it's the most adorable love story I've seen in a while. It's just fluffy and you can tell how much Koyuki and Konatsu care about one another, especially when the volume focuses on Konatsu trying to do her best to try and help Koyuki have less work to do.

This manga depicts young love in all of its confusions. The struggles to know who you are as a person, the battle between what you want and what you feel the people around expect from you, and to top it off the uncertainty of feelings you don't quite understand.

The building of the friendship/romance between Konatsu and Koyuki is soft and beautiful like watching a flower bloom. Makoto Hagino has developed a wonderful story with relatable characters who you can't help but love.
