I agree with other reviewers that this was hard to read and felt very like dealing with an endless infomercial.

What it's talking about at its heart is the tenants of any good mental health practice - CBT and meditation skills are both designed to teach you to get comfortable with the things you don't want to deal with, and, if you can't, who to process them.
Vibrations, such as binaural beats and other 'vibrational' ideas, such as tapping - they're based on the foundation of 'you have to work through what you uncover, or live with it'. Harsh as that sounds, it's difficult to put another way. Any 'vibrational energy and work you undertake - any meditation or raising of the things that you look at will be uncomfortable at some point. And that I can say what the book is basically about, in one paragraph, should sum up most everything you could take from this.
I very nearly wanted to 'I will not give feedback' on this one - the text I downloaded was stilted and poorly edited in places in my opinion, but, instead, I'm saying 'if you want to learn this stuff, look to a place that isn't quite so hypey, and quite honestly, clearer and easier to read.

Just not good. Hard to read, and felt like I was reading a large infomercial the whole time. Why are you consistently trying to sell me on a method and a book I am already reading? Maybe I just don’t get it. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Good explanations about the concept of vibration and also about how to be more spiritual and bring more spirituality, for lack of a better word, into one's life. The concepts were clearly explained though the explanations and the information got a bit repetitive throughout, and as far as the 10% point, the authors were still into the 'we will do this and we will show you that through our method' but it felt dragging and I really wanted them to get to it. The exercises were also thought-provoking, though it might help better to record the instructions and then play them back since we are to meditate with eyes closed but might not be able to remember all the steps to undertake, so audio prompts could help here.
Read an ARC and the file was not very legible and this contributed to my not being gripped by it as I was having to make out the words as syllables were split randomly throughout, but despite this, found this a book that wasn't at all breezy to read and go through, even just a quick pass. So reading this might require much more time than the short number of pages seems to warrant at first glance.

I was so excited to read this book, but the formatting for Kindle isn't good. The wording is small and a bit blurry. I'm not sure why. I think maybe it was simply a photocopy of the book. I really wanted to read this book. I tried several times to read it but the formatting wasn't good.

Other than the legibility issues with the document provided, this is quite good. I disagreed a couple of times (although no one has proof of these ideas), but otherwise this is info that many people would benefit from having. I didn't benefit from the exercises, but suspect many will. Recommended.

Thanks very much for the review copy!!

This book was very difficult to read in the given format and I sadly couldn't follow much of the actual content with the formatting issues.

Would it be possible to send a better version of this book as it is barely readable on kindle due to the print format. It is like a really poor photocopy and the print is very small and quite feint in places. I was excited about this book and have a huge interest in this area. and this bits I have read seem very good. The PDF version you are sending out is just not very reader friendly. I also tried to transfer it to adobe editions but most of the pagea are just blank. If you can send one directly (just in case you can't upload another version) my email address is swimwaves@sky.com. I will then edit my review. I have read lots of books over the years on this subject and would definitely like to read it thank you
