Love the Krewe oh Hunters series and this one doesn’t disappoint. The weaving of local atmosphere and culture makes each book in the series interesting and unique. I will definitely buy this for our library.

Raina Hamish can sense murder memories from clothing so when she dons a dress and relives a murder she reports it to the Florida police who don't believe her. The Krewe of Hunters, an elite paranormal FBI unit has sent one of their own to trace a series of nasty murders. He enlists her help and makes her a target. Can the find the serial killer before he murders his next target, Raina. Fast paced. Good reading

I enjoy reading Heather Graham stories. Sometimes I have to be in the mood to be scared, this one however was a nice medium thrill - not too scary to keep me up at night. I love the Krewe books and am looking forward to more.

Raina was just trying on a dress when she was suddenly experiencing someone else's nightmare. Axel is with the FBI's elite Krewe of Hunters, and luckily happened to be on the case when Raina came in to report her experience. Experienced with those who can sense things others cannot, he takes Raina's report seriously, and begins to build a case that works to bring down a serial killer. Another entry in the Krewe of Hunters series, this one brings in both old and new characters.

Apparently my reviews (and Goodreads profile) are causing people to nastily tell me that I am the funniest/most-stupid person on the planet. Life is too short without humour and YOU ARE ALL TOASTER-STRUDEL-MEAN-GIRLS. #mikedrop

When life for the entire universe and planet turns on its end and like everyone else you "have nothing to do" while your place of work is closed and you are in #COVID19 #socialisolation, superspeed readers like me can read 250+ pages/hour, so yes, I have read the book … and many more today. (I have played a "zillion games" of scrabble, done a "zillion crosswords" and I AM BORED!!!)

I requested and received a temporary digital Advance Reader Copy of this book from #NetGalley, the publisher and the author in exchange for an honest review.

From the publisher, as I do not repeat the contents or story of books in reviews, I let them do it as they do it better than I do 😸.

SHE KNOWS WHERE TO FIND THE BODY

When Raina Hamish tries on a dress in a Miami boutique, she has a terrifyingly accurate vision of a murdered corpse in the murky shadows of the Everglades. She wants to help, but who would believe her when she can hardly believe herself?

Special Agent Axel Tiger has returned to Florida to help hunt a serial killer, but the investigation doesn’t have much to go on. Raina’s vision is their best chance to uncover more. Axel’s experience with the FBI’s elite paranormal team will nurture Raina’s abilities, and she may be able to help save a life—but it puts her directly in the crosshairs of a killer who is closer than they would ever suspect.

I simply adore the #Kreweofhunters series of books and this 31st addition to the series did not disappoint. A nice, tight, tense plotline and interesting characters added to the mix make it superb. I had heard of poisoned dresses killing the wrong people in Tudor times but never a haunted dress - whodathunk? None of us can visit Miami at the moment as #COVID19 but this is an interesting way to spend some time here. The book is full of more paranormal twists than a bag of liquorice and if you don't believe in the paranormal, by the end of the book, your will.

If you have not read the previous 30 books, what is wrong with you? As always, I try to find a reason to not rate with stars as I love emojis (outside of their incessant use by "🙏-ed Social Influencer Millennials/ #BachelorNation survivors/Tik-Tok and YouTube Millionaires/etc. " on Instagram and Twitter... Get a real job, people!) so let's give it 👗👗👗👗
