All I wanna do is you By Dylann Crush The story is about Reagan Campbell who is a Senator’s daughter and Zach Anderson who is her high school boyfriend who her father disapproved of. They broke up and did not meet again until eight years later when their paths crossed in an airport lounge while waiting to fly to Miami then the fun begins. They have an unexpected landing as there is a plane malfunction and there is a misunderstanding ending up with Reagan beIng banned by the airline and they have to drive across the states to get to Miami. Like all stories the many lies and twists in this story . It was a bit of a slow read and very predictable in parts. |

After reading this book I put all off Dylann crush's books on my TBR. This book was si heartfelt and sweet I really liked it. Reagan and Zach dated in high school and now 8 years later they meet again. It was a great opposites attract novel. He is outgoing , laid-back and flirty, she on the other hand is uptight, worrier and organized. Must read! |

All I Wanna Do Is You by Dylann Crush a deliciously tasty five-star read. I adored the road trip aspect of the story, from the meeting at the airport this became a funny and romantic story that sucked me in and made me care about Reagan and Zach, each stop along the way just made me laugh even more, this was a great story and an author I haven’t read before but I will be going back to read them again as they make romance funny. |
Melt-your-Kindle hot and a great romantic story. Loved this one! Many thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for my ARC. All opinions are my own. |
This was a cute and fast read! I loved the dynamic between the characters and the ended left me satisfied and wanting to know about what the future holds for them. |

Reagan and Zach met in high school as lab partners and then their relationship grew into something more. Somethings she kept secret from her senator father and her family. They of course, don't make it and then they get a second chance while Reagan is trying to get to her brother's wedding. She and Zach agree to take a road trip to the the wedding after she gets banned from the airport and can't take a flight. On the way their they begin to try to repair what was broken. However, Zach has some secrets of his own that he's keeping from Reagan. Which doesn't help the restarting of a relationship even while other people are trying to keep them apart. This wasn't a favorite for me I didn't care for a lot of the drama from the outside sources. I think this was just going to stay a little light, flirty read. And I usually don't like it when people include any type of political bent into a book. Especially when people are trying to manipulate and use people. I didn't care for Zach secret or for Reagan allowing other people to make decisions for her. This was cute just a little bit different than what I was expecting. |
This was a fun quick read, and the chemistry between the characters was HOT!! It's a sweet, flirty read about your first love and how hard (or easy) it is to get over heartbreak. Read this book in one sitting and was sad when it ended. |
All I Wanna Do Is You is a fun, flirty and sexy romantic comedy about reunited first loves. The twist in this one is politics and scandal- it was easy to follow, just enough twists, and some great funny scenes. I recommend, great summer read. |
This story did not hit the mark for me. The premise sounded enticing and I do adore second chance romances but overall the characters and outcome didn't really feel fluid to me. Reagan is uptight and self absorbed, while Zach is supposed to be the good guy who gets her to relax and live a happier life. His moral compass is a bit skewed. Neither of these lead characters really stuck with me. I almost stopped reading several times because the story just wasn't very engaging. The banter between Reagan and Zach is funny and at times charming, but it all feels like one big build to the eventual blow up at the wedding. |

A fair story, and generally I like 2nd chance stories, but didn’t like the revenge and blackmail issues. Just me, as overall the writing is good. Would recommend. |
All I Wanna Do is You has addictive written all over it. Reagan and Zach put the senses on overload. Crush stirs up a tempting recipe with a dash of naughty and a sprinkle of deceit laced with an overpowering sense of humor and a pinch of common sense. No wonder I couldn't put this book down. Fabulous finds it's funny with and serves up more than a little heart on the side. |
That book was such a treat. I absolutely loved the romance in the book, it was funny yet serious at the same time. I love the banter between the two of them. The dad annoyed me very much, but it does go well with the story, as that is what focuses the attention on to the repeating problem that needs to be solved in the book. |

This book was okay. While I love second chance romances, for me this book missed the mark. The reason the hero left was something that could have been solved years earlier and there was a blackmail issue that really went nowhere in the end. Also, the heroine had no agency until like the last chapter. There was no reason to be daddy's girl the entire time, nor did the brother ever help her stand up to the dad, and what was with the mother? She was barely there and was a doormat. I did enjoy some of the sporatic fun the hero and heroine had on their road trip, but overall I felt like it was too much. Like the whole road trip premise dragged on for too long. Overall, this book would have been better if it were shorter and with a stronger heroine. |

Absolutely loved this book. Read it in one sitting. Could not put it down at all. Need to read more from this author |
I saw ‘road trip’ and ‘romcom’ and it was all over. Just hadta! I had a good time with the author’s Holiday, Texas series so it was not a big decision to gather up this fun-looking standalone second chancer. RevieW All I Wanna Do Is You starts out in the past with a couple teenagers in love and their future looking bright. A father with ideas about class differences. A dutiful daughter. A dark bit of mischief and the pair is parted to go about their separate lives. Until fate by the way of uptight and always rushing to please her dad, Reagan Campbell, finds herself in a real jam. She is coordinating her brother’s wedding in Miami and bad weather, a lost ID, and her own dumb remark get her banded from the airport in Kentucky. Good thing her old flame, Zach Anderson, happens to be there and has his own reasons for being willing to go on a road trip with Reagan to points south. If the usual road trip happenstances, Reagan’s stress tendencies, and their unresolved past don’t get to them then the new uncomfortable attraction just might. But, this time will things end differently? All I Wanna Do Is You started out pretty rocky for me. No kidding, because I didn’t like either of the main characters and couldn’t get behind the romance But, I did like the author’s writing in the past so I read on trusting her to come through in the end. Reagan annoyed me from the second I encountered her and that never changed. Unfortunately. I totally get that this was meant to be a light comedy with Reagan as the comic role. I do. That said, I didn’t find her funny and ended up nitpicking and grinding my teeth until rather late in the book. If you tell me a gal is smart and put together, then she needs to be smart and put together at least much of the time. For instance, what fool hollers ‘bomb’ in an airport? Or, well, because dad is big stuff senate majority leader, won’t call up and ask dad to use his private plane when the current air taxi sitch fails? She caved to dad about everything else and her brother’s wedding was a legit reason to borrow. Then there was the whining and judgy remarks. This gal could make a cranky nap-deprived two year old sound mellow. What in tarnation did Zach see in this chick? And, that was the crux of the matter for me since this is a romance. Where was the attraction and the chemistry coming from? As to Zach, he had done stints when his day time photographer jobs weren’t there to pay the bills moonlighting as paparazzi. And, guess what? Reagan’s conservative jerk of a dad has a son marrying his male staffer right when dad is making his bid for Vice Prez and trying to keep the wedding on the down low. Zach was out to get a bit of revenge against the senator after what the man did to break up him and Reagan and nearly destroy him back in high school so he was pleased to give her a ride right to that wedding. I totally get the temptation, but it did nothing for my wanting to get behind him as a romance hero. Fortunately, Zach had a change of heart pretty soon into the story. Whew boy! Now, all that being said, the road trip scenario had its fun moments and I ended up really loving Zach and loving to loathe Senator Campbell. I might not have liked Reagan much of the time, but I still was cheering for her to find her backbone, loosen up, go for what she wanted and tell her dad to go get lost in the alligator swamps. That epilogue was sensational and made up for quite a bit. This had some really good moments and the pair were sexy after a bit. The cupcake (the one on the cover) was a fun and adorable thread in the story. So, in the end, I finished and was smiling, but no, it didn’t entirely make up for the beginning. I love the author’s writing and will be reading more of her new releases and some on her backlist that I’ve missed. I am going to recommend this one to others since the heroine might not get to them like with me and it has a lot of fun and sexy moments. My thanks to the author via Net Galley for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review. |
I enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. This is a new author for me, and I look forward to reading more from the author! |
I have enjoyed every book I have read from Dylann Crush and this was no exception. I loved this one! Zach and Reagan were perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed their story. I definitely recommend this one! |
Yeah wasn't happy with this book, and I feel like I wasted my time and that I tend hate. Reagan was a stuck up person with a stick up her butt, didn't care for her and all. Zach was a little better to take than Reagan but I wouldn't classify him as a book boyfriend for me, as they started driving to Florida and spent so much time together you originally hoped that they would reconnect but before even midway I couldn't have cared less. |
3 stars A second chance romance, with a hidden agenda, Liked this one, but did not love it. The premise was ok, but I felt it missed the mark a little. |
Thank you NetGalley and the author—Dylann Crush—for providing a review copy! (🌟🌟🌟🌟 out of 5 stars) "𝚂𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚝𝚒𝚖𝚎𝚜 𝚙𝚎𝚘𝚙𝚕𝚎 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚙𝚞𝚝 𝚒𝚗 𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚕𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚜 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚊 𝚋𝚛𝚒𝚎𝚏 𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚘𝚍 𝚘𝚏 𝚝𝚒𝚖𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚊 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗." (𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐈 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐃𝐨 𝐈𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎) Zach is Reagan’s high school sweetheart that her dad got rid of to apparently protect her from his blackmail scheme but turns out he was the good guy. Reagan is the daughter of a senator who would eventually run for VP. She had always been making her decisions because of the image her family has to uphold for politics. Zach and Reagan’s story started in high school and was continued when they bumped into each other 8 years or so later. Things spiraled from there when they were “forced” to spend time together so Reagan could make it in time for her brother’s private island wedding. This story would have been good if it weren’t for Reagan being stupid. In the beginning, i understood her thoughts and sentiments about everything but when the story progressed SHE GOT TOO ANNOYING. I felt bad for Zach because he was willing to risk his career and face her dad and the backlash just to be true to her but she was just not having it. Would still recommend though. Happy reading! ✨ |
