I just really enjoyed this book. It was just really easy to get lost in this book. I will definitely be reading more by this author.

I read this as a standalone.

It was fun and cute. I definitely felt left out on some of the previous plot mentioned but it didn’t hinder this story too much. I almost feel like it was too short. I would definitely like to read more about this couple and family.

Loved this one. I love each book because of all the different paranormals involved. Looking forward to reading more.

Another great story by Abigail Owen. I want to read all of her back list asap.

I really like the premise of this series. The organization helping paranormal clients out. Placing them in certain jobs or keeping their secrets. I want to know more about Brimstone and the woman who runs it.

I really liked the main characters in this story as well as the triplet daughters. I was super curious about them and what powers they'd have.

Looking forward to more in this series.

Completely new author for me but I do love stories that feature witches in 21st century setting and this book definitely ticked the box for that.

I absolutely loved this story, found it to be highly enjoyable and entertaining, so much so that I really didn't want the story to end.

I really liked the character of Rowan, clearly a feisty, brave and confident person but then I'd say she has to be to have gone through all that she has in her life.

I thought the story was well written and well told throughout and I'm looking forward to reading more books from the series in the future.

Loved this book. When Rowan goes to Grey Masters home as a Nanny for his 3 girls, she finds more then she bargained for. Can she protect her secrets but yet be what the girls need in a Nanny? How does she keep those secrets hid from the ever so yummy Grey? Read the book!

I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley. The opinions expressed in this review are completely my own

Thoughts

I loved Bait and Witch and its characters! A sort of Mary Poppins meets Charmed, it was an utter delight to read! The scenes between the five focuses of the book (the triplets, Grayson and Rowan) gave me all the warm-fuzzy feels.

I wasn’t sure how much I would enjoy Bait and Witch (love the play on phrases/words for this series’ titles!) after not really liking Shift Out Of Luck - despite being excited for Shift Out Of Luck thanks to its synopsis. I was in the same situation with this after reading that… What if I didn’t like it? I shouldn’t have worried though because Bait and Witch more than delivered on what its synopsis promised.

This one was a slightly longer novella at 150 pages but felt like a full-length novel in how much storyline was actually covered in the pages. I still wish it had been longer because of how much I was loving reading it – One of those books you wish would never end (though the story was completed exactly as I thought it would in the limited amount of pages)

After such a brilliant, smouldering slow-develop of a relationship between Rowan and Greyson, I was disappointed at how rushed the ending was (or at least felt like to me) and I would have liked to see more scenes between Rowan and Greyson’s kids away from the magic, a few scenes of them doing normal, everyday things would have made this book *chefs kiss*. After about 30 – 40 percent, the scenes with actual interactions and dialogue between Rowan and the girls, phased out. I wish they hadn’t.

I could (and actually would love to) see this book be adapted for the big screen, a tv show or something would be just perfect for it - and not just Bait and Witch but the entire series so far. I really, I mean really, enjoyed this book and its characters and I can’t wait to see what the author gives us/does for Delilah’s story (which I’ve already added to my Goodreads, and hopefully we’ll see more of all the previous characters as well *hint *hint @ Abigail Owen)

This was a cute, short paranormal romance. I enjoyed it, but I do wish it was a little longer and had more in the story! I would read more from this author in the future.

Bait N' Witch is such a fun title, to begin with. That and the cover are what drew me into reading! Abigail Owen is a fun storyteller who did a fantastic job of blending fantasy and passion. I look forward to reading more of her books in the future!

Bait N' Witch is my first paranormal romance and it will probably not be my last. It was a fun yet suspenseful mix of magic, mystery and action; combined with a cute story of falling in love and becoming a family. It had me on the edge of my seat, was a quick read and had a fun magical world. I would look to read more in the series in the future.

‘Bait N’ Witch‘ is the third title in the ‘Brimstone, Inc.’ series – and this one may just be my favorite (of course, I think that with every new release in this series so who knows what the next one will become for me).

Sometimes hiding in plain sight is the best defense, and Rowan is right in the enemy’s lair as she becomes a nanny for Greyson’s triplet daughters, little preteens with astounding powers, and normally chaos rules in this household. Now, things are calming down and that’s all due to Rowan’s presence in their lives… but nothing lasts forever, and Rowan’s past is about to catch up with her. Will she lose everything she now holds close in her heart or will there be a way out of the trouble she’s landed in?

Aside from the obviously vile villains I loved everything about ‘Bait N’ Witch‘. Rowan’s so-called crime was at the instigation of a powerful werewolf who preyed on Rowan’s vulnerability and now she’s paying the price. Greyson is a powerful hunter and usually has no trouble bringing in the culprit he’s after, only this time is different. For the longest time, his target was elusive and when he discovers exactly where she’s been hiding he is definitely taken aback. A decision has to be made and now his choice is love or duty – and he knows which side he wants that decision to fall on. I am fascinated by the powers the triplets are showing. The chaos and confusion of the preteen years are bad enough, add in extreme supernatural powers and it becomes explosive. These five people become a family quite easily, now they have a battle on their hands to remain a family… and they are not shy about fighting for what is right and what they need.

If you love a really good Paranormal Romance then you need to be checking out this series. While I will always try to read a series in order, I know that’s not always possible for everyone (even me)… yet, you will find characters and some of their information from previous stories in this series in ‘Bait N’ Witch‘ so just be aware that you might get some spoiler information if you’re just joining – or background if you cannot go back to the beginning, it all depends on perspective, doesn’t it?

*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher, Entangled via NetGalley. That does not change what I think of this story. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*

This was a great paranormal romance. It had interesting characters, funny moments, and a little bit of steamy romance. I loved Grey's dedication to his girls and how far he was willing to go to protect them and Rowan. This series is going on my Must Read list and I'll definitely be going back to read the first two.

OK, this book was adorable and awesome!

Do I believe for one second that the plan that puts Rowan and Greyson together is at all believable? No! Do I care? No! Whatever got these two under the same roof, I'm all for. There's some convoluted thinking that Rowan, who is trying to hide from the witch hunters, should hide under the roof of the one hunting her. I know, and I don't care! She is a wonderful character and I loved watching these two dance around one another. Greyson is a conflicted single father of triplet girls. Sounds like trouble, but he is handling it pretty well, especially with them having magical powers *and* going through the usual growing pains.

Rowan was a bit of a mystery in previous books - but here we get to see the full picture. She was forced to help the big bad and has never truly recovered. It appears that only under the house of the one man who is supposed to hunt her can she truly find herself. This book was a wonderfully addictive and entertaining read. I'm glad I chose to start up here after some truly boring reading I've done lately. If you are looking for a book to put a smile on your face, look no further.

Get ready for magical action, dangerous deeds, triple trouble and secrets galore in this intriguing paranormal romantic suspense!

Sometimes the best place to hide is in plain sight . . . that’s the reason why Rowan McAuliffe is going to be a nanny looking after the triplets who are the daughters of the Syndicate’s best hunter . . . . the man who is hunting for her! However, his three powerfully talented daughters are somewhat out of control – until Rowan arrives. But just what their special magical talent really is, no one seems to know and it will take a life threatening situation for its nature to be revealed.

The death of her parents, her unusual upbringing and then being forced to use her magic against her will all make her a wanted witch. He may be seeking her but he has no idea who she is or what she actually looks like other than general features so by portraying herself as a low level magically talented witch will help her stay under his radar – won’t it? Well, it probably would if their mutual attraction wasn’t so strong! Can they both resist acting on their attraction?

Rowan can communicate with animals and they bring a dire warning of a threat to her and the Masters family. Can Rowan get away without endangering the four she’s come to care about? Just what is the burning sensation she keeps feeling on her wrist? What does it mean?

This is an enthralling story, full of secrets being revealed, mysteries to be solved, new alliances to make and so much more.. I thoroughly enjoyed escaping into it and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who enjoys this genre.

I requested and was gifted a copy of this book via NetGalley and this is my honest review after choosing to read it and not wanting to put it down until I’d finished it. Now I really need to check up on the earlier books in this series!

Bait N` Witch is a fabulous edition to Abigail Owen’s Brimstone Inc series, and definitely my favourite instalment to date. Rowan and Grey are captivating characters and the addition of triplets to the storyline was a highlight. This is a wonderful, well-paced and fun-filled story that you certainly don’t want to start unless you intend to finish; yes, you will be glued to the pages! Some previous characters make an appearance and the overall story is a cracker! I can’t wait to see what will happen next.

Slow burn nanny/single dad romance with a lots of magic, messes and family love!

This one was definitely my favorite in the Brimestone INC series. I thought them both fighting against their feelings, but how they kept getting pushed toward each other was just so great! The family aspect was my favorite in this story. I loved Rowan's interactions with the girls and seeing that relationship develop. The mystery around the young triplets was really intriguing and when everything came together at the end I never saw it happening.

The magic was a really fun addition. I loved learning more about Rowan's magical abilities and the funny mishaps that happen as she tries to hide what she can do. Being able to get more of the story from Rowan about what happened from her perspective in the events of the first book was interesting.

Overall I thought this was such an adorable story. I do wish we could have had more from the relationship and how things are after everything that happened. With that being said, one of the things I liked the most about this was how it was more than just the sexy time. I was living for Rowan and Greyson's interactions and that we got to see it from both of their perspectives. This story was so much more than a romance, but about a family and the backstory to each of their lives and heartbreak. Of course we also got some action and to see some of the characters from the previous stories! I have to say the young girls were my favorite! So sassy and everything you want in a young witch!

This was a fun, quick read that had one of my favorite romance tropes: hidden identity. This is book three in a series, but read fine as a stand-alone. That said, I am looking forward to reading the first couple of books. Rowan, a witch, is hiding in plain sight as the nanny of Greyson, a witch hunter, who happens to be hunting for Rowan. So, besides the hidden identity, this also has the nanny trope. Greyson's triplet girls have gone through seven-plus nannies, so Rowan has her work cut out for her. Fortunately she's up to the challenge!

This was a sweet book with an emphasis on the romance between Rowan and Greyson. The paranormal aspects were fun and made for an entertaining setting and characters, but the romance was the definitely the heart of the story.

Thanks to NetGalley and Entangled Publishing for an advance digital copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
