When life for the entire universe and planet turns on its end and like everyone else you "have nothing to do" while your place of work is closed and you are in #COVID19 #socialisolation, superspeed readers like me can read 250+ pages/hour, so yes, I have read the book … and many more today. (I AM BORED!!)
I requested and received a temporary digital Advance Reader Copy of this book from #NetGalley, the publisher and the author in exchange for an honest review.
From the publisher, as I do not repeat the contents or story of books in reviews, I let them do it as they do it better than I do 😸.
The combination of ageing and battling an autoimmune disease leaves millions of Americans settling for subpar health. But you don’t have to resign yourself to feeling lacklustre. In 21 days, you can be well on your way to a lifetime of vibrant health, energy, and vitality.
Many people with Hashimoto’s disease suffer from fatigue, brain fog, anxiety and depression. Their sex drive is gone. They fight hard to lose weight and endure constant mood swings. Meanwhile, their doctors tell them they should be feeling great since they’re taking medication and their lab results are normal. Does this sound like you?
In The 21 Day Thyroid Plan: Thriving With Hashimoto’s you’ll learn how to make simple, impactful changes to the way you eat, sleep, exercise and manage stress. Mark Pilja, certified health coach, All-American athlete and someone who has lived with Hashimoto’s disease since childhood, offers life-changing guidelines that will help you take back control of your health.
Imagine having boundless energy and sharp mental focus. Imagine having the body you’ve always wanted without dieting, counting calories, or relying on willpower. Order your copy today and claim the vibrant health, energy, and vitality that are your birthrights.
Autoimmune diseases are affecting more and more people --- and I am one of them. This book explains why one should be eating this way - and the diet is very healthy even if you do not have Hashimoto's. The recipes in here are well written and I like that the food is all INGREDIENTS --- we all need to eat ingredients instead of boxed and prepared foods. My hubby and I are currently living 180km apart due to his work and ALL he eats are packaged and prepared foods ... if I do not send healthy meals with him (he "forgets" them all the time) he lives off `of cheap, awful "foods" - uggggh.
A great book of healthy recipes that pretty much anyone can eat and enjoy - I look forward to cooking my way through it. As always, I try to find a reason to not rate with stars as I love emojis (outside of their incessant use by "🙏-ed Social Influencer Millennials/#BachelorNation survivors/Tik-Tok and YouTube Millionaires/etc. " on Instagram and Twitter... Get a real job, people!) so let's give it 🥘🥘🥘🥘🥘
