A wonderful look at theories and concepts of failure, and considerations on how to reshape how our current culture has forced us to view these concepts. I took a lot away from this, especially in terms of measuring anything not considered a "success" and how to redefine expectantly what "failure" is. As a sports coach, this gave me some terrific insights into how to restructure my thinking about individual and team goals, and how to view "winning" in new ways. A brief, quirky, smart and powerful look at just how completely normal sideways steps can be, and how failure is not always a terrible thing.
