I received this ARC from Netgalley for giving my honest opinion. This book is your typical romance novel. It is about Daisy aka Everly that chose a.career over marriage and was sent on a cruise down the Amazon, by an incompetent/revengeful assistant she then meets Asher...I won’t spoil the story but you can guess what follows.

This was a light read and at some points very repetitive. If you want something to read in a short period of time and you like this genre then it might fill the bill but it lacked substance and engagement for me.

Jingle All the Way by Debbie Macomber is a delightful holiday read that will get you in the Christmas spirit and a longing to travel spirit. However, a cruise down the Amazon is quite a challenge and the 'accidents' in this book will have you laughing out loud. Read this holiday romance and discover Everly and Asher's exciting interludes and see why Debbie Macomber is one of my favorite authors.

Daisy Lancaster is the middle—2 older sisters & 2 younger brothers. She changed her name to Everly to be taken seriously in her Chicago real estate company. Debbie Macomber’s Christmas romances have been a go-to for me when I’m looking for a feel-good story. While not my favorite, the book did satisfy.

A different kind of story from Debbie McComber. Starts out with an Amazon cruise and ends up in a great Christmas story. Really liked this book!!

This was a cute enjoyable read that took my mind off of all that is going on! Everly's incompetent assistant books her for a cruise---but it is not at all the cruise she is expecting! Several mishaps during the cruise cause her to develop a special 'friendship' with naturalist Asher Adams. It was a sweet story and fun read! I love Debbie Macombers book and this one didn't disappoint. Thanks you NetGalley for an e-arc in exchange for an honest review!

Debbie Macomber offers up another enjoyable Christmas-themed novel. The only thing stopping him t from being a five-star read is that I found it a little short on the Christmassy details that her seasonal books typically offer.

Thank you Netgalley for allowing we go read this book early. I am a big Debbie Macomber can and read all of her books. I especially enjoy reading her Christmas ones. Daisy thought that she would be enjoying a two week relaxing cruise to the tropics, but is booked on a two week guided cruise in the Amazon I thoroughly enjoyed the chemistry between the two main characters Daisy and Asher. I liked this book and cant wait to read Debbie Macombers next one.

I always love how reading a Debbie Macomber book makes me feel. Her books are always heartwarming and have a simple message woven into this story.

I could definitely relate to the main character burying herself so deeply into work that she missed out on personal connections and relationships. I found the message of disconnecting and taking time away from work & stress to find what you truly want to be inspiring.

I really enjoyed reading this book. The story moved quickly and it was a fast read. I loved reading the letter from the author and how she found her inspiration for this book! While I wished there was more Christmas, I found this to be a wonderful December story!

I am a huge Debbie Macomber fan. Her Christmas stories are usually all I need to get in the spirit of the holiday. I'm glad I read this book in August because it isn't a story that will get me in the spirit of the season. Jingle All The Way is our annual Macomber Christmas gift but it just doesn't give enough. While the premise of the story is interesting, including a cruise down the Amazon with piranhas and a native kidnapping, the characters and storyline development just seem to skim the surface. Jingle All The Way is a cute story and would probably make a good Hallmark movie, it just isn't one of my favorite Macomber stories.

Everly (whose real name is Daisy) lives the corporate world, she is overworked and never takes time off for herself. Her business partner tells her she must take a month off and he is booking her on a cruise. Unbeknownst to him and Everly is is a Brazilian cruise that literally is not meant to lounge by the pool....it was booked by his niece who isn't a Everly fan. On the cruise, Everly becomes ill after being bitten by a mosquito (this was the second book I have read by this author where a character becomes quite ill after being bit by a mosquito. Makes me wonder if this happened to the author.) Asher the naturalist on the ship was assigned to care for Daisy (as he calls her) and you can't help but root for these two. Reading a book by Ms. Macomber you can't go wrong, she makes you feel like you are right there, you can picture the story and she makes characters that you love and others not so much. Always love, love her books.

Macomber's latest holiday abook is a treat. Everly, also known as Daisy, is a workaholic who has distanced herself from her family. Her spiteful assistance Books her on an Amazon cruise and her adventure begins. She meets the ship naturalist and the chemistry is strong. But is it just a ship romance? My favorite scene is when Everly gave Asher the wake call he needs. The message is grab life with gusto and enjoy it. It's a good holiday romance.

Debbie Macomber, the author's name alone ensures that you will find a book that is entertaining, enjoyable and one that you will love. This book has all those characteristics and more. We are going through some rough times and this book allows the reader to step inside her fictional pages, sit back and relax. My thanks to NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

This is the only Christmas book you will read that includes indigenous people of the Amazon rain forest and piranhas. Everly/Daisy is booked on a cruise, but she doesn't know it's an Amazon River cruise. Asher is the naturalist on board. Hijinks ensue. Over half of this book takes place in Brazil, which you would never know from the cover. The title has absolutely nothing to do with the book. It seems like the cover and title were chosen and whatever what written was just put inside it.

An enjoyable Christmas book! Even though the “Christmas” portion was only the last 25% of the book, it was so cozy and heartwarming! This was a fun read of misadventures and made me laugh out loud. I always love a good feel-good story and this one definitely put a smile on my face! My thanks to the publisher for the advance reader in exchange for my honest review.

Love reading books from this author. It's Christmas time. Everly (daisy) is taking a much needed vacation and the whole month off of December. When she gets to the ship for her cruise. Its not what she thought. Her assistant booked her on a surprising adventure and everly was not prepared for. To hear more read the book.

This is a light hearted Christmas read with lovable main characters. Everly and Asher meet on an Amazon cruise where Everly is out of her element and so not prepared. The story is funny and charming, typical of a Debbie Macomber holiday story. Perfect to read during the holidays when life gets even more hectic. Jingle All the Way pulled me in all the way! Are you following your life’s passion or taking the safe road so you don’t get hurt? The main characters in this novel have to figure that out for themselves. With some loving family and exasperating friends moving the couple along the paths of self discovery. I always love Debbie Macomber’s books, particularly the Christmas ones, and this one is no different.

Very likable characters make this a delightful book that covers many of life’s emotions – exhaustion, trip plans not going as planned, illness, very unlikely and dangerous adventures, possible love, holiday spirit, and realization of what is important in life.

You will find yourself drawn into this holiday story, unable to put it down until you have finished the book. I highly recommend it.

Debbie Macomber introduces us to Everly Lancaster who is part owner of Easy Home with her partner Jack. What starts out as a disaster with Jack's niece Annette being a continuous disaster, Everly is being informed that a cruise had been booked so that she could unwind and de-stress. Everly is hesitant about this vacation which also allows her to visit her family for the holidays. Because Annette got her a last minute cruise, Everly has to quickly pack and try getting to her connections on time to get to the port in Brazil on time. Boarding the ship, Everly realizes that her cruise is not the one that involved hot beaches, icy drinks, and lazy days. Instead, she was booked on a cruise going down the Amazon River. Being unprepared and uninformed, Everly is at a disadvantage in all the activities such as the appropriate clothing, insects of the Amazon, and the lack of communication. Luckily, there are her shipmates who help her along the way and there is Asher Adams, the naturalist on board. Whatever can go wrong does go wrong for her.

It was nice to see the humor of Everly's misadventures as the maneuvers around the various obstacles presented to her during this trip. We see Everly who is the overworked and overstressed business woman who is confident in herself and her skills become someone different on this trip. We also see the growing attraction between Everly and Asher and how their lives get in the way of what they want. Will they be able to get past it and fight for each other? How will Everly get through the days without any internet or phone service while on the cruise?

Debbie Macomber brings us a story of second chances and the magic of the Christmas season. I enjoyed Everly and Asher's story. I look forward to the next adventure from this author.
