I love a good Christmas story year round. From getting into the spirit of the season around the holidays or just a mental break from the heat if the summer, stories like this always puts me in a good place. Debbie Macomber is one of the best!

I love her stories and the Christmas ones are some of the best. I needed a story with a happy ending and Debbies never disappoint.

Everly and Jack are business partners and he brings his niece into the office to work. His sister wants him to and he does whatever it takes to make his sister happy. Everly is not happy about having Annette as her Assistant and tries to get her fired. So Jack decides that Everly needs a vacation and gives her the whole month of December off.

Annette books her on a Brazilian vacation. Or so she says she does but she books her on the Amazon Explorer. No wifi and in the middle of nowhere for two whole weeks. Everly has an exciting trip I guess you could call it.

One thing it does is get her to thinking about what she needs to do when she returns home. A really interesting book that will play on all your emotions. I really enjoyed it but less face it when do we have a bad Debbie Macomber book.

I look forward to Debbie Macomber's Christmas book each year. I felt this one didn't hit the mark of a Christmas story. I wanted more Christmas throughout, not just towards the end. The romance was too quick and not very realistic. I enjoyed the characters and could relate to Everly's frustration with her assistant. The story was cute, a little predictable and just wasn't my favorite. Maybe next Christmas...

Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for an eARC / of this book. Typical Debbie Macomber light hearted holiday chick lit. Does not strain the brain or the heart since all is well that ends well. Loved the brief escape from a world gone crazy

Debbie Macomber’s books are the comfort food of women’s literature. I have thoroughly enjoyed many of her past offerings. This one not so much.

My biggest problem is that, for a holiday novelette, it takes almost 2/3 into the book to focus on Christmas, and even then it seems a bit thin in its treatment. The title and cover art convey a story that seems missing in action when you read the book.

The story itself is rather engaging. Everly (aka Daisy) is a high-powered real estate executive that has sacrificed her personal life for professional success. When her business partner insists she take the month of December off to decompress, she embarks on a “luxury cruise” to Brazil only to discover that her vengeful assistant has booked her on a cruise down the Amazon. Everly’s adventures include a variety of amusing mishaps and the possibility of finding love with the cruise’s naturalist. While the outcome is fairly predictable, it makes for a light, entertaining read.

My thanks to the author, Ballantine Books and NetGalley for providing the opportunity to review a digital ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Everly is a workaholic. Due to an incompetent assistant who is the niece of her partner, Everly is now on a cruise that she was not expecting. No phone, internet or TV. Everly discovers a different side of her self that had been laying dormant, she realizes that family and a future she can be happy in are all that matters. This is a feel good Christmas story that will make you feel warm and fuzzy and even laugh!! Thank you to NetGalley, the publisher and author for an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. 5 stars!!

I received an ebook copy of Jingle All the Way from Net Galley. I am a Debbie Macomber fan. This story kept me reading late into the night. Everly (Daisy) and Asher are relatable characters. I did find the ease of Daisy taking a month off of work a bit unbelievable. A high powered owner of a Chicago business, to agree to leave for a month just didn’t seem realistic. What are the odds that Asher’s only brother lives in Chicago? Set those aside, and become a traveler with Everly (Daisy). Fall in love. Escape from your pressures, relax and enjoy!

Many thanks to the Netgalley and the publisher for providing me a free ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I enjoy Debbie Macomber's stories. They include likable characters, gentle humor, romance, heartwarming scenes of forgiveness and reconciliation, with an underlying strong moral compass without being preachy.

"Jingle All the Way" is no exception to this. It's a lovely story about two people, who appear on the surface to be very different, coming together under unusual circumstances. I don't want to give any of the story away but, there's a bit of an adventure story prior to the Christmassy part of the story.

It's not at the level of "The Turn in the Road" (Blossom Street #8) which I totally love and have re-read multiple times but just a nice, sweet story with a HEA ending. So, brew up a nice cup of tea, curl up in your favorite armchair, and give yourself a nice treat by reading this novella.

I received this ARC from Netgalley for giving my honest opinion. This book is your typical romance novel. It is about Daisy aka Everly that chose a.career over marriage and was sent on a cruise down the Amazon, by an incompetent/revengeful assistant she then meets Asher...I won’t spoil the story but you can guess what follows.

This was a light read and at some points very repetitive. If you want something to read in a short period of time and you like this genre then it might fill the bill but it lacked substance and engagement for me.

Jingle All the Way by Debbie Macomber is a delightful holiday read that will get you in the Christmas spirit and a longing to travel spirit. However, a cruise down the Amazon is quite a challenge and the 'accidents' in this book will have you laughing out loud. Read this holiday romance and discover Everly and Asher's exciting interludes and see why Debbie Macomber is one of my favorite authors.

Daisy Lancaster is the middle—2 older sisters & 2 younger brothers. She changed her name to Everly to be taken seriously in her Chicago real estate company. But when her incompetent assistant books her on what is supposed to be a luxurious holiday cruise in Brazil, she gets a reality check that forces her to re-examine her life and reconnect with her family.

Debbie Macomber’s Christmas romances have been a go-to for me when I’m looking for a feel-good story. While not my favorite, the book did satisfy.

Thanks to NetGalley and Harlequin for an early copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

A different kind of story from Debbie McComber. Starts out with an Amazon cruise and ends up in a great Christmas story. Really liked this book!!

This was a cute enjoyable read that took my mind off of all that is going on! Everly's incompetent assistant books her for a cruise---but it is not at all the cruise she is expecting! Several mishaps during the cruise cause her to develop a special 'friendship' with naturalist Asher Adams. It was a sweet story and fun read! I love Debbie Macombers book and this one didn't disappoint. Thanks you NetGalley for an e-arc in exchange for an honest review!

Debbie Macomber offers up another enjoyable Christmas-themed novel. The only thing stopping him t from being a five-star read is that I found it a little short on the Christmassy details that her seasonal books typically offer.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I loved all of her books. I am not the type to reveal what's in the book but I do highly recommend this book.

Thank you Netgalley for allowing we go read this book early. I am a big Debbie Macomber can and read all of her books. I especially enjoy reading her Christmas ones. Daisy thought that she would be enjoying a two week relaxing cruise to the tropics, but is booked on a two week guided cruise in the Amazon I thoroughly enjoyed the chemistry between the two main characters Daisy and Asher. I liked this book and cant wait to read Debbie Macombers next one.

This is a sweet & charming book.
I really enjoyed reading it.
A romantic story that pulls on your
heartstrings from start to finish.
Everly, is an overworked & extremely
stressed executive. She's finally had
it with her incompetent assistant.
After speaking up, Everly, is asked
to take an extended vacation.
Her "assistant" insists on arranging
her travel plans.
Asher, is the naturalist on the cruise ship
Everly just boarded. He just knew that
if she would die without the internet,
it was going to be an interesting trip.
You never know what fate has in store
for you when it comes to love.
A MUST READ!!

I always love how reading a Debbie Macomber book makes me feel. Her books are always heartwarming and have a simple message woven into this story.

I could definitely relate to the main character burying herself so deeply into work that she missed out on personal connections and relationships. I found the message of disconnecting and taking time away from work & stress to find what you truly want to be inspiring.

I really enjoyed reading this book. The story moved quickly and it was a fast read. I loved reading the letter from the author and how she found her inspiration for this book! While I wished there was more Christmas, I found this to be a wonderful December story!

I'm so grateful to Ms. Macomber, Random House Publishing Group, and NetGalley for providing me with a free copy of this ARC ebook in exchange for my honest review.

I am a huge Debbie Macomber fan. Her Christmas stories are usually all I need to get in the spirit of the holiday. I'm glad I read this book in August because it isn't a story that will get me in the spirit of the season. Jingle All The Way is our annual Macomber Christmas gift but it just doesn't give enough. While the premise of the story is interesting, including a cruise down the Amazon with piranhas and a native kidnapping, the characters and storyline development just seem to skim the surface. Jingle All The Way is a cute story and would probably make a good Hallmark movie, it just isn't one of my favorite Macomber stories.
I voluntarily received a copy of this book from NetGalley.
