“Special Ops Seduction” by Megan Crane is utterly immersive. It is a delightful romantic novel packed with action, humor and extraordinary physical feats of endurance. I had immense fun with the characters who were interesting, thoughtful and heroic. The entire crew that’s surround around the main characters are also interesting and no doubt are equally fun to read about or will be in books to come. Highly recommended!

I've enjoyed the other books in the Alaska Force series but this one is probably my favorite. Jonas and Bethan are part of an elite special Ops team based in Alaska. They go on secret missions into dangerous places all over the world. Bethan is the only woman on the team and as such she works harder to maintain her position in the group. She was only one of a few women who made it through Army Ranger School. She and Jonas have an uneasy relationship due to something in their past. When they finally learn to trust each other they make an unbeatable team. Great story with lots of action, suspense, and romance. Recommended.

Jonas and Bethan are teammates in a paramilitary team operating out of Alaska. Jonas is a ghost, a man seemingly without feelings who freezes everyone out. All is focused on his job. Bethan, a colleague and former Army Ranger, is also excellent at her job but Bethan remembers a time when she saved Jonas’ life. She still has feelings for him. He doesn’t acknowledge they’ve ever even met. Will anything be able to thaw Jonas and bring them together?
This book is part of a series. It can easily be read as a stand-alone though the experience would be enhanced if one reads the others in the series. If done as stand-alone, chances are good that the reader will go out to buy the rest of the series. It is that good. The characters are well drawn and exciting. They fairly sizzle when together. The plot is at turns seductive and thrilling.
I would recommend this book to my patrons but would have to see if my budget can afford the whole series first.
