Good Will by Tiffany W Killoren is the second book by a relatively new author. This is her second novel and shows emotional range and understanding of women and the strength they can find together. I found the book interesting with good characters and heartfelt situations. For me, each situation character did not blend into the other characters (which sometimes happens when you write a book for four more than one main character).

Lily, Mallory, Beth and Celeste are four women that are facing life changes. Each is in a different place in their lives, with different challenges facing them. In order to move forward they each needed to let themselves be vulnerable. Through chance meetings, sharing of information and various people, these women find others who help them move forward. Certainly the strength of women supporting other women and helping them move forward is a lesson for each of them and for the readers. I also liked how the author had the women’s stories interconnect with each other in a way that wasn’t too obvious.

The novel is not long and reads quickly. I was invested in finding out what was going to happen to Lily, Mallory, Beth and Celeste. Good Will by Tiffany W Killoren was a good read.

Found this one to be a bit slow in pace, too slow in some instances - this was a 'short' book but it just didn't fly by and thus proved longer/more tedious to read. I guess the characterization was really heavy (like whatever could go wrong for these women, whatever could be harder, was indeed made worse/harder). It thus wasn't exactly my cup of tea, because I was looking for a lighter vibe of women's fiction and not so much drama and 'down in the dumps' vibe, but anyone looking for a deep women's fiction tale with pronounced notes of adversity will find this one to be just right for them

This story follows 4 different women and comes from each of their points of view.
Lily who moves back to her home town and the death of her husband brings the women and the story together.
It is a book of relationships where women support each other through the good and the bad times. I found the storyline quite moving and the characters gave me a strong sense of who they were. I like books about strong women and for me friendships in this novel are key to a good read.
At times a tense read and there were so many emotions covered throughout this book I cannot start to describe them all here/
I think the title is well suited to the book and the cover attracted me to the novel.
4 stars for me - well worth a read.

Good Will was a fast read for me. It was interesting to see how the different women's live intersected in their small town. It felt applicable to this crazy year of 2020 when nothing is the way we thought it would be. Lily's life was turned upside down and she had to figure out what to do next.
Thanks to NetGalley for my copy of this book.

Lily has a young son Sam. I like the name Lily. I liked Lily but couldn't get hooked in the story. The tone and pacing was okay. Some of the dialogue was boring.

I received an ARC from NetGalley and the publisher. This book was about 4 women who lives were forever changed. What do you do when that happens, you have to find the strength to keep on living and making the hard decisions necessary to start taking care of yourself and your family.
The book is full of strength and in this year of 2020, we have all had setbacks and some have had to start over. It isn't easy but this book is a reminder or may show someone you have the strength to carry on. For me, it reminded me of when I had to pick up the pieces and make the decision for my child I had to do something. Only then would I get to a better place.

Good Will is a very nice story. Good Will starts very sad but is about overcoming tragic situations.

Good Will is about four women dealing with loss and overcoming that loss to build a better life. One woman’s husband died by suicide, one had an affair years ago but hasn’t gotten over the guilt, one has a baby daddy in jail, and one has a husband that was in a bad accident. All four of these women are figuring out how to overcome their situations and build a better life. Lily moves from New York City to her hometown. This is where all four women live and the story takes place. The stories connect at different points throughout the book. The end of the book really ties things together nicely.

I really enjoyed Good Will. Good Will is a sad but uplifting book. I loved the relationships between these four women. Seeing the relationships develop with their new friend Lily and the relationships that have existed for years was really interesting.

Thank you NetGalley and Walrus Publishing/Amphorae Publishing for Good Will.

Sometimes life hits you hard. Sometimes it's a second. Sometimes it's a month. Sometimes it takes years. And sometimes half a life. But there's always hope to remind you there's a better time yet to come.
This book is about the story of four women. Four women that have to walk through tragedy to find their fullness. Four women that have to choose to go on. Four women that, despite their inner doubts, decided they were ready to live.
Mallory, Beth, Celeste and Lily are very well developed characters. The author guided the reader through the pages of their lives with such talent! They are thoughtful, they are sweet, they are strong, but overall, they are free.
This book was a pleasure to read. The kind of story I love to find. It's the first I read from this author and it will not be the last.
Thank you Netgalley for the chance to read this book in exchange for an honest review.

I was deeply touched by this book in ways that I hadn’t anticipated. When I first started reading it, I was a bit dismayed by all problems the four main characters were experiencing. I expected this to be a rather depressing excursion through their lives. To my surprise, I was inspired by the author’s ability to weave together the storylines of each of the women, ultimately leaving me inspired and grateful for the opportunity to accompany them on the journeys.

The book unfolds in alternating segments revealing the perspectives and life circumstances of four women – Lily, Mallory, Beth and Celeste. Each has grown up and lived (at least a portion of their lives) in the small town of Hallbrooke, Iowa, population 10,652. Each is facing loss, grief, loneliness and regret. Despite heart-wrenching circumstances, these women bond and find strength in their connection. I found the characters engaging and very believable. Once I got through the first few chapters, I was thoroughly caught up in story and finished the book in one day.

My thanks to the author, Walrus Publishing of Amphorae Publishing Group and NetGalley for providing the opportunity to review an e-ARC in exchange for an honest review.

This book hit me like a ton of flowers raining all at once. When Lily finds herself at crossroads in her life, having to suddenly face life, figure things out, and win battles for herself and her extra intelligent 7-year-old son, she’s clear where she wants to head. Packing up all her belongings and memories into an U-Haul, she sets off leaving behind New York and its grandeur, to her smallish hometown. As we follow Lily’s story of self-discovery, we also encounter other women struggling to come to terms with what life has thrown at them. Warm, captivating, and lovely, the story weaves all their lives into layers, thanks to Killoren’s brilliant narration. I found this to be a wonderful read, and I’m grateful to Killoren, Amphoare Publishing, and NetGalley, for gifting me with a copy of this book.

This was a quick read about several women all dealing with hard times. Whether it’s loss, tragedy, misconceptions, or guilt they all go through these things together. I enjoyed how their stories started out separate, but melded together as the story went on. It was a cute short novel about women overcoming difficult situations and making the best of life. I’d definitely recommend this.

A beautiful story of love, friendship and starting over!
It takes "a little help from your friends" and that is what Lily finds when she moves back to her home town, following her husband's sudden departure.
A wonderful book and a nice Pick- me -up!
I truly enjoyed the writing!

This is the first book I have read by Tiffany W. Killoran. I predict she will be writing many more books. From reading this book, I know she has a lot to say and can do it beautifully. One of my favorite authors is Susan Mallery and this book reminded me of her writing. I mean this as a huge compliment and I hope it is taken that way.

The book I finished directly before this was one I had to force myself to complete. It was so refreshing to begin this book and immediately be drawn into the lives of these women. They are struggling at this point in their lives, but I was deeply moved by their drive to help each other and therefore help themselves at the same time.

I love stories with characters of different ages and this book definitely had that quality. Three generations of several families are interwoven into the fabric of this tale. My heart went out to all the characters and I felt like I knew them. The book ends, but I will be thinking about these people and how their lives might be going on after the pages of this book.

I want to thank NetGalley and Amphorae Publishing for allowing me to read the advance reader copy of this wonderful book. My review is my own opinion not influenced by receiving the ARC.
