Great book!! Very fun questions that can be used in many ways. As a game, which is how the book is laid out, but can also be used as an icebreaker, team exercises or in a classroom. Lots of fun!

This is the perfect set of Would You Rather? questions for my fourth grade students to use in the classroom or during remote learning. I like how they really have the potential to spark discussion and debate. I tried it out with my fiancé and we even enjoyed talking through our options as well! I can picture using this book with students as a quick end of the day activity before dismissal or virtually to promote communication and interaction. The illustrations that accompanied the questions were very cute and engaging and supplemented the text well.

My homeschooled kids absolutely loved this book! We are currently using it at a fun activity when we need a break between subjects.

I really liked the premise of the text which represented itself as a game to play with students or family. This is useful in itself. However, I was hoping the would you rather questions would be accompanied by nonfiction text that would teach a bit more about what we think we would rather do.
Overall, the book was a quick read that made my child laugh hysterically a lot of the time. In the classroom, teachers will love the debate and engagement it adds.

Fun interesting book. Will be ordering some for the store and to give to family as gifts. Questions were fun as just conversation starters don't know how the game idea will really fly with judges, etc.

Well, this achieved what it set out to do, I suppose. It's a book form of one of those parlour games that have survived into the f*c*book era, where you have to choose from one of two unlikely possibilities ("would you rather have hands on the ends of your legs, or feet for hands?", that sort of thing). This being geared at primary school children it's full of super-powers and once-in-a-lifetime happenstances to select from, and mild gross-out comedy (bogeys or earwax to choose from as a bagel topping, for instance) – but it isn't just about choosing one or the other and clicking away, for it's designed to be a round-the-table discussion come competitive thinking game, where imagination and humour in giving your reasoning win you points. If that is what comes of this, then I can see the remit, to encourage blue-sky thinking and suchlike, will have been achieved. So it has every chance of being a throwaway either/or choice selection that takes ten minutes, or it does bring junior minds to the debating table. It might take an adult to make the switch-up from the former to the latter, but the book has done what it can in providing the discussion subjects.

This was such a fun book to read through! I tried the game with my sister, as we are in self-isolation at the moment and can't play with more people. The questions are so interesting and imaginative! They really make you think and consider the least worst option that you could live with in the hypothetical world in each turn. Playing the game verbally, "would you rather" this or that, is quite different compared to when you're playing for points and keeping track of answers and winners. I had a lot of fun with this book, and I'm sure many others will say the same while we're all stuck at home in quarantine or on a random rainy day!

Review: of Would you rather Made you think edition by Lindesy Daly

I am not sure if there are many books like this, I have personally never seen any books like these, maybe I am wrong and there are a ton, anyway as for the book this book is really good and thought provoking I started reading it not realizing there was a game in it and the fact that there was suprised me, i hope teachers buy this book for their classroom as it would be a fun activity for kids to play in a classroom wheter the whole class is playing or just a few classmates, really enjoyed the fact that the questions were thought provoking I found myself genuinely thinking about what I would rather do? So I guess it's TRUE it did make me think

A fun and entertaining version of the game “Would You Rather?” for children.

I played it with my kids and we all had a great time. It’s an easy game to play, and doesn’t have too many complicated rules. Very easy to follow for kids.

The kids enjoyed answering all the funny questions and giving the reasons for their answers.

This would even be a great game to play if you’re on a road trip and kids are getting bored. It could really perk them up.

I would really recommend this for some family time with kids, as everyone will have a great time playing together.

While I was liking the fun questions at first. Some of them started getting pretty gross. Asking if you'd rather drink dirty dish water or or someone else's bathwater, or of you'd rather use someone else's toothbrush or used tissue. That's just not something I even want to think about much less ask a kid to answer lol. I didn't care much for the game aspect or layout of the book either, but see how that could appeal to someone else wanting to use it as such.
