Although this is a short read I found that it was packed with very useful information. Some of it I knew, but some of it I did not know. It was a very insightful, important and useful read. I highly recommend this to anyone who is or will become a caregiver. I myself became a caregiver this past August of 2020. It is very hard and takes a toll on a person. Reading this book could help you. It helped me.

Are You Prepared to be a Caregiver? gives some good advice. However, the advice does not include those who have secure finances to hire maids, lawn care workers, child care, therapists, etc etc. I would love to be in that situation to hire any every kind of help possible to be a caregiver. Unfortunately, this book was not helpful for me at all. Just more stress.
