Oh my, was this a great book!

And I have to say, it was a nice surprise to see a hero with a shaved head. And tattoos. And being into heavy metal.

While the heroine is completely different. Straight-laced. Country girl. No tattoos.

They shared a one-night stand once and he left the city the next day. When he came back, the sparks reignited and it. was. hot!

I’m serious. Two people who couldn’t be more different have this explosive chemistry that you can feel burning through your Kindle/pages/app.

I couldn’t put this book down and I can’t wait to read more books like this!

Leave me Breathless is full of steamy scenes and surprisingly tender moments. The author does a good job of balancing out the two, and made the characters come alive. I did not expect to like this as much as I did. The characters seemed completely unrelatable and I was confused on the backstories, but it really grows into something so much deeper. Don’t miss out.

This was so sexy and fun! I enjoyed reading about Seth and Macy. Seth’s rugged, tattooed, pierced self!! *swoon!*

I love Macy and Seth!! I loved this book so much. The chemistry between these two was so hot. I love a good opposites attract story. Macy is country while Seth is heavy metal. The two previously hooked up but some time has passed and the two get together again. Since they're so opposite, both think that whatever they have going on is bound to fail. There's also the fact that they are both super stubborn.
This was the first book in the series that I read and I was able to understand what was going on since it is a standalone but characters from the previous book made an appearance. I will definitely look into reading the first 2 books in the series since I liked this one so much.

I loved Ghost and Macy together, but some of his drama in their relationship just annoyed me. Macy was pretty amazing. Loved seeing Brian and Candace again, their help in this new relationship. I loved her Dad's reaction when he meet Ghost/Seth...I wonder if it was the same one.

Leave Me Breathless is the third book in the Ross Siblings but was fine reading as a stand-alone. It grabbed my attention in the beginning, and I couldn’t put it down until I was done. The characters were so heartwarming, and I fell in love right away. Macy Rodgers had been thrown off a horse and since then she had felt the need to be in control and safe. She had a standoff demeanor and didn’t open herself up to new experiences. Seth “Ghost” Warren was so sweet but hid behind the assumption’s others made of him. He was able to slowly show his vulnerable side to Macy as they got to know each other. The loss of his nana was so hard for him and you could feel his grief. I was so glad to see them finally communicating in the end and get their happy ever after. I really enjoyed this book and I think the other books in the series look just as interesting.

This is the first of the Ross Siblings series I have read. Although it's clear that there are recurring characters in this series, I enjoyed it as a standalone read. This is an opposites attract novel, with our hero and heroine having different interests and ways of life. Macy is a country loving horserider from a wealthy background. Seth is a much-inked tattoo artist and guitar player in a metal band. While their worlds don't really belong together, it is clear that when they get together, they work really well.
As well as trying to navigate the differences in their worlds, Seth and Macy both have ex-partners to deal with, who may, on paper at least, look like more ideal matches.
I enjoyed the romance between this pair. To begin with they both try to make out that neither of them is looking for a longterm relationship. Macy wants to walk on the wild side and Seth is just drawn to her. It soon becomes clear that there is much more than that between them emotionally.
This was a good read with a few twists and turns before they sort out what they actually want from one another. I do prefer it when an ex-girlfriend isn't portrayed as a total psycho, but that was just a small niggle with this one. Ultimately, the relationship between Seth and Macy worked well.
I received a complimentary copy of this book through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Leave Me Breathless is book 3 in the Ross Siblings series by Cherrie Lynn. The book focuses on the main characters of Seth ‘Ghost’ Warren and Macy Rodgers, two people who are completely different yet have an undeniable attraction. The story delves into the precious night of passion that the characters had with one another and how one night on Valentine’s Day becomes something more.

The story is filled with angst, tender moments and some very steamy scenes as these characters try and figure out their relationship with each other as well as trying to leave parts of their painful pasts behind. I really enjoyed reading about both of these characters. Macy comes across as really uptight but in all reality is just playing it safe after her accident. The same can be said for Ghost who seems to be juggling so much and doesn’t know what to focus on first.

The book is all about growth and we see that as we continue to read about the two main characters. I liked how Macy was honest about her preconceived notions regarding Ghost and Brian and that it was her own insecurities which made her really aloof. The fact that she comes to realise that she can still be herself in a work of Death Metal was reassuring for me as a character and that she stuck to what she wanted rather than being molded into something she wasn’t was also a positive.

Ghost’s character was also really well written. He is one of those strong characters that knows their own mind, even though sometimes he could overshadow his own happiness due to making others happy and not dealing with his past. I especially loved the banter that he had between himself and Brian and how their friendship just worked and came across as real.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book, even the moments which made me feel really sad or frustrated with the characters as they did tend to make their relationship a little bit more complicated than it needed to be. The fact that Ghost also had a psych ex-girlfriend also added to the drama levels in this book. This is definitely one romance that you’re going to want to read!

ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review; all opinions are my own. 😊

this was Macy and Ghost story, two people who were soooo different. Macy and Ghost have a hot night together and then can't forget each other. I liked that Macy's parents weren't as horrible as the other parents that they have featured, actually Macy's dad was pretty cool and also helped her come to understand Ghost. A lot of the issues could have been taken care of from the beginning and glad that Macy put her foot down. was glad to get reacquainted with previous couples..

I started to read this book and then I realized I already read it before! Like years ago!
While I liked this series, I didn't really care for this book.
The ending was like "what?!??!"
Just an ok read for me. Both the first and second time reading it.

Leave Me Breathless by Cherrie Lynn
Ross Siblings #3

Steamy New Adult novel with opposites attract theme. There are the expected ups and downs with the HFN/HEA for the two main characters at the end. At times I wanted to sit them down and talk to them, tell them to wise up and communicate, etc but all in all it was a good story.

What I liked:
* Seth “Ghost” Warren: the life of the party, a hunk and a half, hotness personified, talented tattoo artist, able to see through people…usually, hurt in the past, leery of relationships, excellent musician, balances Macy Rodgers.
* Macy Rodgers: a good friend, guarded, lonely, ex-barrel racer, helps with the family business, teaches horse riding lessons, feeling a bit at loose ends.
* That the Seth & Macy have great chemistry and act on it…often
* The desire on both characters’ parts to know more and help out
* Their friends
* The story of how Ghost got his nickname
* The growth of both characters
* Reading a new author

What I did not like:
* The exes of both Seth and Macy
* Little things I wished they could have avoided BUT in a story like this they are expected so…ah well

Did I enjoy this book? Yes
Would I read more by this author? Maybe
Note: I am not fond of NA/YA books as I have trouble relating to a lot of the plots and character issues (I am 68) so tend to avoid them. That said, I believe for those reading this genre it will be a hit.

Thank you to NetGalley and Entangled Publishing for the Copy ~ This is my honest review.
