This is a very comprehensive plan to help anyone get the inflammation in their body under control. The book begins by explaining how the way of eating most of us are familiar with is very detrimental to our health as well as our waistlines. She also lets you know how none of us should completely give up the foods we love. If you crave doughnuts, as much as the author does, you should have them now and then, but not every day.

The plan is based on eating carbs before 3 every day--healthy ones, such as oatmeal for breakfast along with other nutritious foods, but then stop eating them by 3:00 because your body doesn't burn through them as well when you are relaxing in the evening. .

Erin Oprea has included recipes, eating out guidelines that are easy to follow and quick, toss-a meal-together ideas. Very comprehensive.

This book was eye-opening. Erin is always incredibly positive and real. She makes it easy to understand. I love this book, even more than her previous. This one just all made sense. Excellent writing. Very organized and thought out. I love all the recipes and workouts. The last page is my favorite. I’m excited to purchase this in hand so I can highlight and copy recipes. Erin is a superstar on all levels. Thanks for this encouraging read!!!

The Power Plate diet is a book everyone needs in their arsenal of health. There is so much good information and science as to why we need to eat healthy and move our bodies. Erin explains the reasons very clearly and simply so it is easy to follow. You will feel motivated and empowered to take charge or strengthen your health journey.

The Power Plate Diet takes an informative look at the science behind foods and how they affect or interact with your body. I have been following a mostly clean lifestyle but found very valuable information on anti-inflammatory and inflammatory foods.

I love working out but struggle with nutrition. Erin’s book has taught me what types of foods I should be eating at every meal which is very helpful. I had no idea the body processed foods the way it does and she explains it all. I also love that there are so many recipes!

Such an amazing book! There is an abundance of insightful information throughout the entire book and I felt inspired and motivated the whole way through. I am eager to implement what I learned from this book into my everyday life! I would recommend this book to anyone, it is a MUST read!

A lot of information in a an easy to read book. It was easy to follow the advice the author was giving. Not an easy diet to follow but easy to understand
