A quick, sexy, and satisfying read. I look forward to reading more from the author - I'd like to see what she does with a full length novel.

This was a short and super fun romance novella. The characters were fantastic and fun to follow. The storyline was well developed and didn't seem to be too rushed or too dragged out like most novellas do.

A short, sassy, sexy read. There wasn't a lot of meat to the story, but it wasn't lacking either. Jane and Jacob were perfect together even though they fought it. Loved the ending.

Under the Covers is a short, fun and sexy read. The title amuses me because there is really only once when they are actually under the covers but mostly, they are everywhere else. ;).

Jane has recently moved to Kings Gap and is setting up her quilting and sewing shop across the street from Jacob, the owner of the General Store. She can't help but be attracted to Jacob, the owner of the shop across the road. Once they meet, their passion is undeniable and they immediately act on it without borders or plans. They both want no strings attached.

Jacob and Jane both have reasons for not wanting to get involved. Jacob has been left at the altar while Jane has put her blood, sweat and tears into her quilt and sewing shop and can't fail. They can't seem to help falling for each other as their attraction is real. This is a quick romance, taken place over a weeks time. There are not many other characters except Riley, the Romeo real estate agent and Billy, the shop worker.

Under The Covers was a fun quick read without a lot of substance. I think it was the perfect length for what it was but I would have prefferred more depth and background on both characters and why they made the decisions they did. I would absolutely read this author again.

Under the Covers is a fairly quick, but fun romance read. I'm not sure why it's called Under the Covers, as most of the sexual activity between our couple Jacob and Jane takes place anywhere but under the covers!
Jane has recently moved to Kings Gap and is setting up her quilting and sewing shop. She can't help but be attracted to Jacob, the owner of the shop across the road. Once they meet, it's clear that the electricity between them can't be ignored.
Jacob and Jane make quite a sweet couple. Jacob has reasons for not wanting to get involved with another woman after he was left at the altar. His previous girlfriend left him for someone called Buster (who I thought was a dog to start with and I got very confused). He can't help but be drawn towards Jane and despite his best efforts not to get involved with her, he really can't seem to stay away. I did find his back and forth a little bit annoying, I got that he was conflicted about it all, but he seemed to swing one way to the other about whether they should be together or not.
Overall this was an enjoyable quick read. I think that I would have preferred it to be a little longer or had a little more depth, but sometimes a quick read is all you really want and this certainly ticked those boxes.
I received a complimentary copy of this book through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

A cute fun and short read. Honestly not a lot to say, just because it really is just a short story. Maybe a little bit too faced paced for my taste
