Boone by Emily March is the third book in the McBrides of Texas series. The book is well written. Very emotional, sweet, and overall enjoyable. Definitely recommend! The book does stand alone if you have not ready others within the series.

Boone by Emily March is the third book in the Eternity Springs McBride Brothers series. It is a great story that I highly recommend. This is Boone and Hannah’s story. The story is well written and the characters are well thought out. These two have a lot to overcome but find it through their love for each other. I enjoy Emily March’s writing style and look forward to enjoying her future books.
Thank you NetGalley for this advanced copy in exchange for my honest review.

Boone By Emily March is the third book in the Eternity Springs: The McBride brothers series. Once again, Emily March transports us back to Eternity Springs, Texas where we learn more about Boone McBride and meet Hannah Dupree.
I love Eternity Springs, the people who live there and move there. I adore the way Emily March described this beautiful, romantic and down to earth town.
Hannah Dupree is Eternity Springs newest resident. Hannah has had her fill with dark days and tragedy. Then Boone McBride shows up in her life. Together they realize it okay to move on, to overcome sorrow, to live and above all, love again. Thank you Netgalley for the ARC copy of this beautiful, heart wrenching story.

This story was beautiful and inspirational and I loved it. It was a story of hope. The characters had heartbreaking backstories but they were able to find solace together.
Many thanks to St. Martin’s Press and to NetGalley for providing me with a galley in exchange for my honest opinion.

March is clearly a gifted writer and I enjoyed her world-building in this book very much. The only negative about this book is the timing of its release which is, unfortunately, entirely out of March's hands. We are in such dark and challenging times right now that I struggled to carry the weight of the grief of Boone, his romantic interest, and his niece. I wasn't able to finish this book even though I know the genre promises a happy ending. Each character has suffered severe and traumatic loss-from the suicide of a romantic partner, to a freak plane crash, to the untimely death of two young children- that you cannot help but also grieve with the characters. I enjoyed March's writing and would love to return to this book one day when the pandemic has cleared and the political unrest has been calmed. But, for right now, the characters' hurt, grief, and loss were too overwhelming to add on top of the real-world pain and chaos that is occurring.

This book had me hooked! We begin with Boone not being able to keep his eyes to himself. Oh Boone, you are such a player, beer league- softball-player. He was the only single one on the team, which made his life pretty complicated. Boone has a cousin who is divorced from a pop music celebrity artist named Coco, but is getting married in a destination wedding. Boone receives a call that is going to change his life. Boone isn’t the guy that everyone thinks he is. He isn’t the playboy that he alludes to be. Boone receives a call that is about to change his entire life …FOREVER.
We are taken on the adventure of how the call originated, the good work that Boone has done in the past and about to do and on an emotional roller coaster. I cannot wait to read more by this author and find out what is next for Boone.

Boone is the third book in the Eternity Springs: The McBrides of Texas series by Emily March. Each book features a different couple and that's why I would say they are stand alones. The McBrides are three brothers and Boone is the last one to get his happy ending which means that it's the last book in the series.

I disliked the previous two books, so I have no idea what drove me to read this one, but in the end, I am glad I did. For a change, I actually liked this book and I would even recommend it! I feel that the book should come with some potential trigger warnings such as the loss of a child and thoughts of suicide. It's highly emotional and some people might have a problem reading it. The book is a second chance romance, but not in the usual way. Boone and Hannah met for the first time in this book in the present time. I do consider it a second chance because the first time around marriage and family didn't end up well for either of them.

Hannah and Boone have tragic pasts. Hannah's was the most horrible of the two and I totally understand why she gave up everything and started living in a nomadic way. Both of them have lost so many things, so this book is a journey towards healing and finding themselves again. Boone is in a much better place than Hanna is though. The characters were well developed. They had their skeletons which explained their hang-ups in the present (if I may call them that) and how their personalities were shaped when the book began.

The only issue I had with the book is that it felt a little rushed in the end, with some things barely explained and just tied up in a nice bow. My overall impression of the book is a positive one though!

Boone McBride rescues grieving Hannah Dupree in her moment of despair and they work together to find their way out of past tragedies to embrace a future together.

That's it in a nutshell. I'm not sure why I chose this book to review as it is part of a trilogy that is part of a larger series. Lots of books. I was worried going in that I wouldn't be able to follow everything, but that was not a problem. This worked well as a standalone.

I found myself pulled into Hannah and Boone's story. They've both experienced such sadness in their lives. The "angel" theme also spoke to me. This is just a sweet love story. The love part happens pretty fast, but it was easy to see how that could happen based on the circumstances of their meeting. It was also easy to want them to heal from their wounds together.

I wasn't a big fan of the "that's a story for another time" method of giving the reader small chunks of the backstory, but that's my personal preference.

Overall, this was a sweet HEA romance that sucked me in from the start and kept me reading until the end. I liked these characters and I'd look for future books from this author.

An ARC was received from the publisher. This is my honest review.

To be able to visit a place like Eternity Springs would be awesonme. It is a healing place where people always find what they need.
Hannah was lost in life and needed to find her way back. While Boone was in another place all together. They found each other when they needed each other the most.

I love the eternity spring series. They can be read in order or as a stand alone. It is a book you say i am going to read for a little while and end up reading the whole book in one sitting.

Boone is the next book (#18 in the entire series) in Emily March’s Eternity Springs: The McBrides of Texas series. I’ve only read one previous book in the series, but it was entertaining enough for me to read this one. While they are marketed as stand-alone titles, I will say that I think there are some elements that are missed by reading them out of order or jumping into them like I did near the end. But, it wasn’t enough to keep me from reading this book. If you like wounded heroes and heroines, this book is going to be right up your alley.

NICUnurse’s Rating: Both Hannah and Boone have lost so much. While Boone has mostly healed and rebuilt his life, Hannah is teetering on the edge of ending it all. Being the amazing hero that he is, when Boone stumbles upon Hannah at her lowest, he can’t help but step in and talk her back from the ledge (quite literally). What happens after that is a slow-build friendship into lovers story that is sure to warm your heart. Despite the fact that there were still small parts of the backstory I felt I was missing, I liked Boone even more than I liked the previous book, Tucker.

I give Boone by Emily March 4 out of 5 stars!

The story was wonderful and I loved the chemistry between Hannah & Boone. It's a book you don't want to stop reading because this series never disappoints. I love coming back to Eternity Springs and the town of Redemption and can't wait to read more.

This book was just ok for me. I have grown bored with this series. Nice scenery and views it seems. Would be a lively place to visit.

This is actually the first book in this series that I have read and I really enjoyed it. I found it easy to follow and a quick and easy read. Such a beautifully written love story, with well developed characters and a lovely little plot. I highly recommend it. I plan on going back and reading the prior books in the series

This is an emotive read, a story of love after tragedy, of heartbreak, grief, healing and romance in a delightful supportive community.

Hannah Dupree is on a journey away from tragedy. She has no real goal, except to escape the memories and grief and has been travelling now for three years. When she sees the names of locations around Eternity Springs, she heads in that direction. A detour takes her to an infamous lookout spot and when Boone McBride sees her near the edge he fears she’s about to leap. He’s been encouraged to be the light in someone’s life and suspects that he needs to help Hannah. As the two get to know each other, they need to share their tragic pasts to help them both move on to a happier future and the community of Eternity Springs all rally round to help them both!

What a lovely, heartwarming story this proved to be. I love the community of Eternity Springs, which has some fabulous characters who help others heal in some way of another. There’s a real sense of family, love, romance and healing in this inspirational story.

Thanks to St Martin’s Press and NetGalley for my copy of this book which I have voluntarily read and honestly reviewed.

This is a heartwarming addition to the McBrides Series. Boone is such a likeable character. He is fun and sexy, yet with a depth of character that can only come from ghosts in his past. It took a bit for me to truly warm up to Hannah. She was so wrapped up in depression from her tragic past, that it was hard for me to feel a way out. That didn’t last long though. The author’s writing style pulled me right along with the couple, watching them learn to live and love again, and most of all…to forgive themselves. Lovely.

My only complaint is that Hannah went from isolation & depression to “I can deal with it now” rather quickly. And the other issue presented toward the end of the book was just skimmed over.

This can be read as a standalone novel, but the other books would give you a feel for Eternity Springs and the lovely townspeople and their almost magical air. I love the camaraderie and closeness of the community and feel that is the charm of this series.

The story telling from this author is nothing short of amazing. She doesn’t give you the alpha male with all the sex appeal and the swooning female who can’t resist. What she does give is a story of human emotions, wants, and needs – not everything has to be sexual.

Boone moved back to his hometown after making it big in the city as a powerful lawyer. One of the things he has to contend with is his mother and family but that makes life stimulating. Hannah, on the other hand, has no direction in life at this point. She wants to move on and find a place to call her own but so far that hasn’t happened.

The two meet and while they interpreted the situation differently, Boone drew Hannah to stay a little while longer and explore his town. Together, they explore each other and we get the HEA we all want, only it’s a much more riveting story than many romance writers provide. Eternity Springs is also where hope springs eternal!

Learning to let go and love again.

Emily March is a master storyteller. Her talent for creating characters that capture the reader’s heart is unsurpassed. Her stories find their way into your heart and make you feel what the characters are feeling. I appreciate the fact that she doesn’t use foul language or steamy bedroom scenes. Her storylines and characters are so engaging that you feel like you are right there in Eternity Springs.

Kleenex Alert! Hannah Dupree has suffered the worst tragedy imaginable. She has lost everything that mattered to her. Now she is wandering from town to town, trying to stop blaming herself.

Boone McBride has suffered the loss of his wife. He is fighting his own demons. Both Hannah and Boone need to heal and forgive themselves for things that were beyond their control. Eternity Springs is the place to heal.

Boone can be read as a standalone, but you will love the entire Eternity Springs: The McBrides of Texas series. All of the residents of Eternity Springs have wonderful stories.

You are back in Eternity Springs where Boone McBride is the cousin of Tucker and Jackson. While he is riding his motorcycle, he passes a woman who is looking out over angle lookout. He decides to good back and meets Hannah Dupree who for the last three years has been dealing with her own personal tragedy.
With this story, you find out what Boones’ life was like before he came to Eternity Springs Colorado from Texas. The story deals with both Hannah and Boone dealing with personal loss but for Boone also life, a new beginning. There is a lot going on in this story so much so that many parts touched me in a personal way. The author did a good job in dealing with many issues and made the story not so much as a downer but a celebration. I found the story and the characters all to be very good and worth the read.

I loved Boone when I first met him in Jackson, so when his story became available I jumped at the chance to read it.

Although Boone has had his fair share of loss, moving to Eternity Springs has helped to heal some of his wounds. He feels fortunate that he has found a support system in the town, so when he stumbles upon a grief-stricken woman that's passing thru the town, he don't hesitate to try to help her find some healing.

Hannah and Boone's story was an interesting one. Both had known loss and neither one was looking for romance, but the connection that grew between them couldn't be denied. I enjoyed watching as these strangers became friends. How they came to open themselves to one another. The romance was slow in coming but the connection was there, always growing with each passing interaction.

All in all, a sweet, wonderful read.
