This was a wonderful conclusion to the Greenhouse series. I hate to see the series end and will miss these characters. The story flowed beautifully and I didn’t want to put it down.

Wanda Brunstetter was the first author whose writing lured me into being hooked on Amish fiction several years ago. Her writing just keeps getting better and better! I have really enjoyed this series and also how it was interwoven with characters from the Prayer Jar series, another series I really enjoyed by Wanda Brunstetter. In The Robin's Greeting, readers are drawn into a deeper look at Belinda's life as a widow running her family's greenhouse business and dealing with attention from two very different men interested in courting her. Yet throughout, she must also deal with the emotional difficulties her teenage son faces, and on trying to find out who is responsible for continued vandalism of their property. The Robin's Greeting is a compelling tale that I will soon be re-reading, something I always do with favorite books. Belinda and her family feel like such relatable characters, As a reader I feel drawn into their home and their lives. That is a clear sign of how incredible Ms. Brunstetter is as a storyteller. I am very grateful to have been given an opportunity to read and review this book by the publisher.

The Robin's Greeting is the third book in a series that ties the whole story up nicely. I enjoyed reading the previous two books, and this book didn't disappoint. Belinda, the mother in the story has found that two men are interested in her, even though as a recent widow she has no desire to marry anyone. As time goes on and she spends time with both men, she begins to have feelings toward one man, and he has fallen in love with her. During all of this time, somebody is leaving threatening messages and vandalizing their property. Who is it that wants them to close their greenhouse and move away? The answer was surprising, and the story a great one. Good , clean story!

The Robin's Greeting is the concluding book in the Amish Greenhouse Mystery series by one of my favorite authors, Wanda Brunstetter. I like Brunstetter's style of writing and her honest and redemptive approach to realistic struggles that her characters encounter. The characters are strong, resilient, and realistic with depth to their emotions, strengths, and foibles. Readers can easily connect with them. Even though part of a series, The Robin's Greeting can easily be read as a stand-alone as the author fills in the back story from the previous two books. Interest is kept high as the story continues with a nosy neighbor, a homeless woman, continued mishaps at the greenhouse, and romance with two suitors too. Which one will Belinda choose? I like how the author resolved the issues and relationships in the story. There were several, 'Wow, I didn't see that coming' moments! The Robin's Greeting is not just another ho-hum novel about the Amish. It is one that reminds readers about the importance of family, faith, and hope during everyday life, as well as during challenging circumstances.

I am really going to miss these characters since this is the final book in this series. I loved how Belinda learns to handle her grief over the death of her husband and one of her sons. Belinda, along with her two daughters and her son, get better at handling life and begin to find love again. I also like Virginia even though she wasn’t always pleasant. I liked how they solved the mystery of the vandalism around their home and greenhouse. I received a copy of this book from the author and Barbour publishing for a fair and honest opinion that I gave of my own free will.

The Robin’s Greeting by Wanda E. Brunstetter is the third and final Amish Greenhouse Mystery. It can be read as a standalone for those new to the series. The Robin’s Greetings continues the story of the Belinda King and her four children along with their families (Ezekiel, Amy, Sylvia, and Henry). They miss their loved ones who died two years prior in a terrible accident, but they are ready to move forward. Amy and Jared are happily married while Sylvia is courting Dennis. Belinda misses Ezekiel and his family, but she knows they are doing well in Clymer, New York where Ezekiel is now a minister. I thought The Robin’s Greeting was well-written with developed characters and steady pacing. I have enjoyed getting to know the King family and I have been dying to find out if I have correctly identified the guilty party. It is nice to see Sylvia finding love once again. There were some unexpected revelations near the end of the book (many of you will go “Oh, that’s right” like I did). I did find the ending a little rushed, but that did not hinder my enjoyment. I found it to be touching and uplifting. I also liked how the robin theme was prevalent through the whole story (a robin symbolizes happiness, hope, and new beginnings). The Robin’s Greeting was a sweet book and a charming series. Wanda E. Brunstetter did not disappoint with this heartwarming tale.

The final installment in the Amish Greenhouse Mystery Series. Two years after tragedy took three members of the King family finds everyone still trying to move forward. Despite vandalism and threats to their business, the King's greenhouse is still in business. With some issues settled, Belinda KIng can focus on her future. With two suitors to choose from, will Belinda make her choice? When her son becomes angry that she is dating, Belinda must decide if she should continue. This family has stayed strong during all the rife and turmoil. I love how she portrays their strength and love for one another. I hope we catch up with the characters in a future book. A received a copy through Netgalley. A review was not required.

I loved this story, I couldn't put it down. I feel like I got some closure we with some of the character's in the series. I was happy with the ending to it. I am not sure in my opinion if there could be more to the series. but knowing wanda she could make it work. I like the mystery in it to. I love a good mystery! I can't wait for more.

The Robin's Greeting is book three in the Amish Greenhouse Mystery series by Wanda Brunstetter. I have read all of this series and this was my favorite.
This is as much of an Amish romance novel as a mystery. There's wedding planning, opening the greenhouse for the season, a nosy neighbor, courting, and family. This story has it all, including some jaw dropping surprises.

So, so wonderful. All the feels, all the inspiration, all the redemption and happilyever after. To God be the glory. What a masterpiece.

The Robin's Greeting by Wanda Brunstetter is the third installment of the Amish Greenhouse Mystery series. While this is the third book, it can also be read as a stand-alone novel. There is enough of the backstory mentioned that you do not miss too much. I had read the first book, but not the second, and was fine to pick up this one.
Belinda is still grieving the death of her husband, son, and son-in-law in this book. She is running the Greenhouse with the help of her family, but the vandalism and threats start up again, wrecking chaos. Belinda also has two suitors in the story, and her son, Henry is not happy about the fact that she is dating again. The story jumps quite a bit between characters, but in the end, all is settled, and we finally know who the vandal is. The best part is that there was no hint of who it could be.
I have always been a huge fan of Wanda Brunstetter, but this series did not strike me as her best work. While it is a mystery series, it is not suspenseful, more like random acts of violence. The story felt disjointed and overall was just a hard read. There was so much negativity in the book, with different character’s attitudes, and whole scenes with Monroe and Virginia, it was just a difficult read.

THE ROBIN’S GREETING is the third book in Wanda E. Brunstetter’s Amish Greenhouse Mysteries series. It can be read as a stand-alone, as Ms. Brunstetter does an excellent job of filling in the happenings of the past few years throughout the story. This delightful story gives us a beautiful glimpse into the life of a typical Amish family in Strasburg, Pennsylvania. It also gives us a look at how their English neighbors across the street view their simple life. The characters are all very realistic and the storyline moves along at a moderate pace, with each character giving us an introspective view of their thoughts and feelings throughout the narrative. I highly recommend reading this book, but don’t miss out on the others in this series. Ms. Brunstetter is a prolific author and has written many charming books about the Amish lifestyle.

Belinda is struggling to survive on her Amish farm after her family deaths and then the threats on the greenhouse begin. Add to that a little spice in her life with two gentlemen callers. However, it only brings more drama to her already complex life. Faith and love prevail in this wonderful mystery by Wanda Brumstetter.

The Robin’s Greeting is the final book in Wanda E. Brunstetter’s trilogy, Amish Greenhouse Mystery. I am a huge fan of this author. I have to say this trilogy featured two of the most unlikeable characters. Monroe was so obnoxious that it was hard to get through any scene with him. I also disliked Virginia. She was so negative and unfriendly. She complained about the smell of manure (hello, you live in farm country!), the traffic (she lived in Chicago; that country traffic to the greenhouse is nothing compared to Chicago traffic), and her obsession with always wanting to get invited over to the Kings (even though she was so unfriendly to them) and then bringing her friend Stella (who wasn’t invited) with them. Belinda and her family are far better than me. After she was unfriendly once that would have been the end of me trying to be a good neighbor. The mystery behind the vandalism is solved. Overall, I really enjoyed this trilogy. If you are a fan of Amish fiction, you will enjoy. Thank you to Netgalley and Barbour Publishing for the ARC. All opinions expressed are my own.

There have been many unexplained events of vandalism for the last two years trying to get her to sell and move. Although these have been unsolved, Belinda feels she can concentrate on her two admirers, Herschel and Monroe.

Have you ever been so excited to read the latest book by your favorite author but sad when finished? This is always the case for me when I have a new book by Wanda Brunstetter. The Robin's Greeting is the third book in The Amish Greenhouse Mystery Series. This book brings everything to a conclusion. I was quite surprised at the ending.
The theme of Forgiveness runs throughout this book. There were moments in the story that I was surprised forgiveness was given. It isn't easy to do. Carrying the anger and bitterness inside when you are wronged can eat you up. You are giving the other person too much power over them. Forgiving is freeing!

Believe me, I have been treated poorly in a past relationship. I could have used this to be bitter and suspicious of others. It would have been easy to put up an imaginary wall up and not let others in. But I would have missed much. I was not going to let this keep me caged up.

Jesus was nailed to the cross and said "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do". Quite powerful.

Wanda E. Brunstetter is a favorite of mine who writes novels about the Amish. I have been following this certain series the Amish Greenhouse Mystery since the first book. This last book in the series is The Robin’s Greeting.

I did get into the plot fairly easily and was anxious to finally find the answer to the mysteries that occurred. However, I got bogged down in the day to day conversations among the characters. Making a whole page or two just describing what the family had for breakfast, for example, was irritating to me. I thought that Ms. Brunstetter was just making up words to increase the length of the novel. I was also very weary of the main character not being able to spit out the words that needed to be said to another irritating character. I know this is probably my fault for wanting to get to the solving of the mystery, but really, this book could have been at least 100 pages shorter. However, I do still enjoy Ms. Brunstetter’s visions of the Amish life. It has always intrigued me.

A greet ending to this trilogy. I have always loved Wanda E. Brunstetter, she is the queen of Amish genre. They still faced several challenges but worked through them as a family. It was nice that they were able to find love again.

I wish I could say I loved The Robin's Greeting by Wanda E. Brunstetter. This is the last in a trilogy Amish Greenhouse Mystery and, personally, I am relieved. The King family have been put through the wringer trying to keep the greenhouse open after the death of Belinda King's husband. Threats and vandalism are in play throughout all three books. But we really don't get any clues as to who is committing the crimes. This seems to be the main plot of all three books. Who is causing problems for the king family and why? Woven throughout the books are the stories of each of the King family members. Sylvia, who lost her husband and left her with two young children, Amy, who struggles with putting her future on hold and Henry, the youngest son, who is struggling to be the man of the family. My frustration with the Robin's Greeting is that the story never seems to really develop.. Every conflict, whether it be personal or with the business, is just touched on. There is no in-depth development of characters or storyline. and, given that this is the last book in the series, of course we have the ending of who is actually responsible for the vandalism and threats. But even that was anticlimactic. While I enjoy Brunstetter books and will definitely read more of them, I don't feel like Amish Greenhouse Mystery are her best efforts.
