I didn't get past 13%. The writing is very simplistic and honestly, boring. Eric was too dumb to be believable. If my math is correct, he's mid 20's. He doesn't immediately grasp what was going on with Amy and Jeff? That's super close to TSTL territory.

I liked this book a lot.  It's a great story of love and 
friendship between co-workers.  A young man that isn't sure what he wants.  
Bridging the Gap is a great title for this book and I love how a horrifying
incident in real life brought this book home.  I would love to see more of
this to remind us of things we should always remember.  I don't want to 
give anything away but I enjoyed the book very much!
