The Mindful Family Guidebook details mindful practices that when worked into everyday life. There were several chapters dedicated to mindfulness in family life, tactics for beginners, and ideas for activities to maximize mindful happiness.

I really liked this book! It contained a lot of concrete suggestions to incorporate into situations to get more enjoyment and peace out of life. The points about how keeping things into perspective to maximize satisfaction in life were really beautiful, and I can definitely see myself trying to do more of these things with my family.
