This was quite an interesting read! As someone who has loved nature, both flora and fauna, since childhood I found some new aspects on viewing the natural world around us and all that we can learn from it. I liked that the book was divided in three main sections (or circles as you'll find out if you read this book), Change, Teamwork and Resilience. Leadership is a fundamental part of human experience, whether the individual is on the leading or the following side in a work environment (or elsewhere). There are some pretty basic "life rules/inspiration" woven into the text as well, e.g. "Change is constant but it doesn't have to be chaos" or "If you're distracted by fear, you'll miss the opportunity" etc. After each main section you'll find some nice question prompts to get you thinking about what you discovered whilst reading. Overall I'm quite happy I read this book so I do recommend it!

Thank you to NetGalley and the Author for providing this ARC!
