I had such high hopes for this book. After enjoying Hostage Three I thought it'd be fun to read other books by the same author. I also loved the idea of reading something about Haiti and the situation there. However, after giving this book many attempts, I just found it very difficult to get into and it wasn't engaging enough to keep my interest.
