This book was one I was excited to read because I have had gestational diabetes with both of pregnancies and as some one who is at risk of diabetes I knew this book really could be beneficial for me. I really enjoyed and agreed with the advice on organics and the recipes are amazing.

This is a well-written and researched book about the holistic approaches to managing pre diabetes and your blood glucose level. It may seem like the information is common sense but for most people that's exactly what it needed. Glucose metabolism can be very confusing from a medical viewpoint so any explanation that can assist is useful. With so many books on health and wellness, it can be difficult to find one with reliable sources.
