5 Stars!!!


I have been a huge fan of Lisa Bergren ever since I discovered her River of Time series (Still one of my all time favorite series!) back in 2011.
In the last couple years I've discovered that I really like dystopian YA fiction, so when I heard that Lisa was writing this series I was uber excited! It felt like I had been waiting forever for this book to be released, so needless to say I was absolutely ecstatic when I finally got the opportunity to download it my Kindle! It also goes without saying that I had some super high expectations for this book, I'm delighted to say that Lisa exceeded all of them! I am in love with these characters, especially Andriana and Ronan (Love his name by the way!) but Vidar, Bellona, Tressa, Killian, and Raniero are also amazing too! I can officially say that these characters have wormed their way into a permanent spot in my heart right alongside Lisa's "River" crew! :)
The action/adventure was incredible, and the world building absolutely blew me away; it was so good! Another thing I loved about this book was that even though it was a dystopian and set way far in the future, this book had some what of a medieval feel to it!
I don't to risk giving anything so I will finish by saying that I absolutely loved this book, I was blessed by this book, and I can't wait for Season of Fire to be released!
This book will definitely be a hit with fans of Lisa's River of Time Series, and will gain her legions of new fans as well!
