Apologies if this is duplicate. Whilst re-constituting/correcting personal library data & incorporating NetGalley books, noticed that this title still required feedback.

FYI, per recovered data, I read & submitted feedback re: AFTERNOON DELIGHT in October 2014, with rating = ★★★★ (3,5 rounded up). Due to HD failure, I no longer have full review text. Worse yet, my GR review either never posted or disappeared at some point; GR was all kinds of wonky following Amazon's acquisition :( Sadly, only my read dates remain — pls see link.

Belated thanks for the opportunity to read this title by Anne Calhoun. I've been a fan of hers ever since reading her Uncommon series (and ever farther back w/... *cough*LIBERATING LACEY*cough*).

I love the fact that both of them are confident in their own skins and know what they want in life. Sarah had a tough time in the past taking care of her aunt, she promised her she'd live her life the way she did back then. Tim's life is on the fastlane, saving one person to another - he didn't have time to stop and smell the flowers until Sarah.

They both have their issues. It was supposed to be casual, but when feelings are starting to get involved, it is never the same. Sarah finally knew what she wants in life. The big question: is Tim ready to jump from casual to something more serious?

I enjoyed reading Sarah and Tim's love story. It was sexy, fun and fast-read.
