Oh yes. I'd totally smooch all over a kilted warrior! To Kiss a Kilted Warrior was enchanting!
The Gist: Months earlier Wulf lost his family, his memory and nearly his life in a violent attack. It was only a shunned woman discovering him that saved his life. Before anything can happen with the woman he's grown so fond of he's determined to seek justice for his slain family.
Gah these two! I had a wonderful time with them as they tried to hunt down the people responsible for his family's death. As they grew closer and tried to resist temptation and losing their hearts in the mix.
Wulf is fierce, honorable, a provider and oh so charming. And Morag was strong beyond measure. Surviving everything life threw at her--including being cast out by the village years earlier--and thriving instead of letting others break her down. They have an ease between them from the months they'd shared in her tiny cottage. Tenderness and passion. I wanted them together so badly!
While you know who the villain is from the start it doesn't lessen the enjoyment. There's danger and risk around every corner. Unlikely allies and new discoveries. Watching them hunt for clues, track leads and narrowly escape danger was both exciting and infuriating. Whew but I wanted the bad guy taken down.
All in all, To Kiss a Kilted Warrior was a fantastic journey into the Scottish highlands. Sweet romance, adventure and a dangerous quest kept me glued to the pages.
