As Someone who loved the Princess Dairies as a teen, I thought I would love this one. But unfortunately the adult me doesn’t really believe the fairy tale anymore of an average girl becoming a princess.

This second chance at romance story is a really good addition to the series. I loved the main characters, Corina and Prince Stephen. The two secretly married years ago and have to deal with the fallout of finding they are still legally married. I liked the characters, thought the storyline was interesting and captivating, and enjoyed being back in the settings created by Hauck.

I wasn't aware this was a Christian Fiction novel, i tend to never read those as that isn't something i believe in. This book clearly lacked an editor. And the Nazis part with the barn glowing, very random for a book that isn't "Fantasy"
