The Secret of Midwives is a quick, easy read centred around three generations of women who are midwives. Neva, Grace and Floss. All three women have secrets and my favourite was Floss. She was a midwife in post-war London and at eighty three she was a woman who lived a full and varied life, This was a fabulous read and was a story love, family and motherhood, it is perfectly written and I highly recommend it |
