Take a lot of New Age axioms that have been around since the 80s, mix them with some leadership buzz words, and then stirred (not shaken) with consulting quagmire and a dash of mindfulness and you’ll get this. With that said, one point hammered home, which should be a no brainer, is that the more you invest in knowing yourself the better leader you’ll be. This should take priority. Unfortunately, we all know some idiot promoted into leadership because of who they know, nepotism, or narcissism that consistently destroys the culture and leadership of any organization.
