Scrolling through my Kindle, I clicked on this title - not knowing what it was about. I am glad I did as I fell in love with this book straight away. This was one of those books that screamed "Paula" as the main characters work in a Library. I also loved the fact that Alexis was one of those fun librarians who always came up with fun quirky displays for her customers. If I owned a bookstore, I definitely would be like her. However, of course, not everyone appreciates her humor and fun-loving style, especially the library administration board - the upper stiffs. After a terrible day at work, Alexis ends up in a car crash with Grant - the two of them hit it off instantly and have a romantic fun-filled evening of witty banter and sex. The next day though, they are both in for a surprise as Grant has been hired for the library and one of his tasks is to keep Alexis in line - otherwise, both of them will be fired. Can the pair find a way to work together or will Alexis's upcoming Valentine's Day competition find them in boiling water and ruin their chances of their #meetsexycute and HEA? Find out in this quick sexy librarian erotica romance romp by Olivia Dade.

Received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

Probably more like 3.5...but I rounded up because she's a librarian into the sexy books. Overall, this was a fun read, but I have to wonder if Grant and Angie aren't too different to make it work. Angie is coming from a life of feeling out of step with her by-the-numbers parents and Grant feels this pressure to support his parents for all they did for him as a child.

I struggled with the library's issue with Angie's running of things. Granted, she took things a little too far sometimes, especially considering that there are kids walking around, but as we kept hearing, her numbers were up and people liked her. It felt like the library was all about reprimanding instead of working together....

While their meet-cute was just that, I was a little surprised at the almost immediate sexual innuendos that went flying. Not for nothing Ang, but you just met this guy on the side of the road...that's not exactly prime hunting material in terms of safety...but I guess it all worked out.

Another enjoyable Lovestruck Librarians read.

Thank you so much for being willing to grant me access to this book. Unfortunately, life obligations have prevented me from doing so. If my schedule clears, I plan on reviewing this in the future and will post the review on Amazon and Goodreads. Thank you.
